I ordered a solarsystem, all was going smoothly until the Hydro Company would not issue a permit for my location. I was told that I would be getting a refund. It has now been 19 days since I was denied the permit. I have been told refunds have to be approved my management. I have asked 3 times now for that refund to be issued, it is a sizable amount. I did wait 1 full week before asking the 2nd time. The sales person has passed the buck to management who has not responded at this time. I have made 3 requests at this time.They do not seem to take returning thousands of dollars seriously so buyer beware!UPDATE: I received my refund several hours after posting this review.

Service Tech (Sean Kim) was super! Totally knew the Water Furnace geothermal system and delivered professional, efficient service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

The service technician, Sean Kim, does our yearly maintenance on our GEO furnace, installed by the Hayter group more then 10 years ago. Last year he installed a new fan motor, we phoned the office in the morning, by afternoon sean had a new motor installed. Prompt service from Hayter , and Sean represents the company very well. After each service he explains the service report to me . Being a mechanic my self,and seen his work ethic, I recommend Sean, and the company to anyone.

Our heater/furnace broke down on Friday morning, they had the technician Sean Kim show up in a few hrs to check it out. Unfortunately part had to be ordered but Sean was back on Monday and had it fixed in no time! Sean was very professional and went out of his way to get us going as soon as possible. Very happy with the service!! We highly recommend them!

It's been nine years since we installed our HVAC system with the Hayter Group and it has been a great investment. The yearly maintenance has kept up the warranty and keeps both units working efficiently. Chris and Sean have been keeping everything humming along.

We had no hot water when we woke up this morning. Three hours after placing the call Sean Kim had us up and running again! Prompt service, and Sean explains everything very clearly and is an amazing technician! 5 stars from this home! Thank you Hayters and Sean!

The installers were first rate. They installed the black box and wiring just as they said they would in their quote. No extra charges and no damage to my finished basement. They left the work area clean and tidy. I am very pleased with my new level 2 EV charger.”"

The fan quit working on our 27 year old water furnace. Sean Kim came out, diagnosed the problem and found a compatable fan motor assemby as they don't make the original part anymore. Sean and the Hayter group assured us they would get it working again. After the parts arrived Sean got it working the next day. Thanks for getting the AC up and running just in time as the heat wave arrived. Great and prompt service.
