Aleika Stairs and Rails

We hired ALEIKA to install a new staircase in our home.We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process.We are extremely pleased with the result. Our new stairs look amazing!True craftsmanship that you don’t see too often these days.We would highly recommend this company.

Aleika team was fantastic. Design, Workmanship and implementation was exceptional. Great experience and we could not be more pleased with the results.

New house construction, builder gone rogue. Coincidentally or not the our builder and the company owner are relatives. Delayed installation by months. Uneven step height, up to 1 inch. Scratches on wood from installation, paint and stain marks and drips all over. Imagine solid black acrylic paint splashes all over light brown stained natural wood. Uneven sanding on the rails. Defective design for the landing which was mistakenly made smaller. Not responding, not warranting their work.Edit: since this review was posted, they reached back with threats instead of a walkthrough to acknowledge the issues. Attached some of the photos of paint defects.They also claim to not have painted the stairs contrary to their quote and what they told us in person.
