I use Window Butler every year to clean my windows. As I have a higher than 2 storey home where the high windows require tall ladders to reach, Window Butler was the only company that could do it. They always contact me regularly to set up a date in advance, call if any changes, and they show up! They are always on time, they do it professionally in my absence and they do it well each time. I highly recommend this company.

I have had Window Butler do my windows every year for around 10 years now. They do a great job. I have done very high windows which would be quite dangerous for me to do but Window Butler has no problem doing them!

In November, I hired window Butler to clean the gutters of my house, since I did not have a way of getting up there.they claimed to have done it, and sent me an invoice. with no way of verifying that the job had been done, I took them at their word and paid the invoice.it was only a few days ago, when I had a contractor up there doing something else that we realized it was never done at all.I called them about it, they promised to investigate and call me back. They never did, so I called them; they told me they would come on Saturday. Predictably, they never showed up.it wasn't until Tuesday that I was finally able to get them to do the job. the guy who finally did do it, was one of the rudest people it has been my displeasure to encounter in a professional setting.The icing on the cake? When I called them to ask if I would be getting a partial rebate, or even a coupon for all of the trouble, only response I got was well we showed up didn't we?"so

I had a very nice experience with Window Butler. Wely did a fantastic job on my house windows. Very professional, clean and friendly at a great price. Fantastic value, highly recommended!

I did not use this business so I cannot fairly rate their services. However I would like to say that a Window Butler employee driving their blue and yellow company van was being aggressive during a busy drive-thru at lunch. It is one thing to yell profanities in your own personal car and on your own personal time, but when you do so while on the job or in the company van, you are representing that company's values & standards. I would highly recommend additional training for this employee.

Fair price, GREAT job and punctual. I use Window Butler twice a year and am already looking forward to their clean up when the leaves fall.
