Adding to my old review because I don’t want to delete itFebruary 2023- a few days ago I went in to upgrade my phone (yet again, hopefully for the last time for a while) and Brendan was the sale associate that helped me out. Not only was he very knowledgeable in terms of the differences between the iPhone 14s, but Virgin had prepared him with all of the information necessary in terms of prices and plan options available to me for the upgrade. Brendan went out of his way to walk over to their sister store, Bell, in the mall to find me a purple iPhone 14 pro because I was hoping for a purple one! He came back with it, transferred all of my information and I mean ALL of it over to the new phone and get me set up. As he was going through the plan process, they were having a promo allowing me 65$ a month for 30gb of data. Will I ever use that much? Not a chance, but I took him up on the offer since there was no price difference between 15gb & 30gb. Overall, fantastic experience. I chose a great day to upgrade my phone and got lucky with Brendan, my sale associate! I stand by my opinion in 2021, customer service is top priority and their prices are unbeatable. Limeridge Virgin, you’re the best.Somewhere in November of 2021- The folks at virgin plus have been great for the last few months - however today, when I went in to upgrade my phone, the manager was an absolute gem. I work in limeridge, and had them transfer all my information over to the new phone & Luke, the manager even brought it to my store for me, despite them being just as busy as we were. I had a breeze of an experience & felt like a valued customer, with fantastic customer service. I’ve always appreciated the prices at virgin, but today was another show of how much better they are than the “big guys”. Customer service is a priority, head to virgin limeridge, they’re super helpful.

The virgin store in Limeridge Mall has excellent customer service especially today a representative helped me allot she was very polite and helpful and professional her name was shabnam

Brendan was amazing! So patient and helpful. I needed to update my husband to a new plan and phone, he did it all for me. Even did some changes that would make it easier for my husband who is not tech savvy at all. Brendan was a excellent & made my experience a good one. If you need help look for him.

October 18 &19 2022. Unfortunately had one of my worst customer service experiences at this location. Ajay and another young man working together were dismissive, aggressive and uninformed of their own company policies. The tone of voice these 2 men speak to customers in is actually appalling. Simple common sense questions were answered with “ you aren’t listening “ and “I’ve told you this 3 times”. Turns out that after I called Virgin contact center, I was absolutely correct. The contact center quickly solved my issue without any problem. They were great to speak to. Unfortunately these 2 employees were not. They literally border on bully customers. It was very obvious that we’re not interested in helping us. Even after going back 3 times. They were still rude and wouldn’t even attempt to solve the issue. I will NEVER deal with location again.

Great location and service. I was misdirected by another provider, but Sam took the time to sort it out with me during their busiest time. Went above and beyond to give me everything I needed under my budget

Abby was absolutely amazing!My boyfriend and I needed new phones, she set us up quickly and efficiently.I was with rogers and switching services, I saved half of what my bill was worth.10/10 would recommend.

Brendan was amazing today! My husband and I went in to get new phones and he was super helpful and informative on the phones we were looking at. He helped us save a lot of money and was a super nice guy. I'd highly recommend this location!

I am not a Virgin costumer, my sister is. We went there to see why I was getting her text messages and she was not getting mine. Krunal was very helpful and determined that is was potentially my SIM card causing the problem. He did this by taking out my SIM card and installing it in one of their phones. Same issue as I was having with my phone. He suggested I go to Rogers who was my server to get a new sim. Rogers found that I had inadvertently been put on the spam list which inactivates my texting ability. My texts look like they are sending, but they are not going anywhere. I thought that Krunal went above and beyond, as my phone was not linked to Virgin. Thank you for all your help, much appreciated

Sam was really helpful and went out of his way to help my dad set up a new mobile line. I also called today around 2:15 and the woman I spoke to on the phone was really kind. It's refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service from a large network provider. Thank you!
