After doing a detailed assessment, Kavita developed a customized treatment program to address all of my issues. Over several weeks of treatment, Kavita assessed my physical progress on a regular basis and made adjustments to the exercise program and manual manipulation treatments to match my recovery. She is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in making great progress on their journey to being pain free.

Kavita has been working with my son from when he was just 5 weeks old. She is very attentive and patient while working with him and makes physiotherapy a fun place for him to go. Her knowledge is incredible. I would highly recommend working with her.

Originally I made an appointment with Kavita at Belleville healing hands due to a nasty pinched nerve in my neck, after a few sessions I was feeling much better and she provided me with a stretching routine that has me feeling better then I have in a long while. I’ve brought my daughter to see Kavita a few times and for different issues. Kavita has been an absolute godsend. She has been helping us since our daughter was just a few weeks old and struggled with torticolis and poor latch. She has continued to follow us through learning to roll and finally crawling now! She offers practical and doable exercises/advice that don't leave you feeling overwhelmed or inadequate as a new parent. She has been so patient, caring and understanding having two children herself.
