As a senior I've always had help carrying my pet food and cat litter to the car, but neither of the 2 people at the cash offered, very dissatisfied. Store was quiet, cash was quiet!

Ren's pets has quite the selection is quality products, I was able to get the gifts I wanted for a puppy owner, including some dogs toys and a super nice slip lead. For a decent price hint they price match amazon". Overall great store"

First and last time at this store! I purchased an engravable dog tag that I was told by the cashier was engravable on both sides. After engraving the back, discovered the front could not be engraved. All the manager offered was a 25% discount on a new tag. No refund or discount on the tag I purchased despite being misinformed by the cashier.

Kirsten, Waterdown Store Manager, went out of her way TWICE to make sure we had everything we would need as we acquired a quick rescue pup. Kirsten pointed out with great knowledge the proper food, snacks, treats, toys - proper sizing of a crate (lots of patience there) and was super helpful as I asked lots of questions. The price was very competitive, selections was great. Thanks so much Kirsten.

Ren's is a clean friendly store. I find their parking very unfriendly. I park in the handicap space. There is no possible way for me to get into the store up the 2+ inch curb. I am required to walk around the curb and into the receiving driveway to access the sidewalk.
