I hadn't heard tell of these guys until Breathe Clean (the ones who clean my working heat pump) suggested I call them to get my broken heat pump fixed. It had been broken for over a year, not for my lack of trying to get any company to come fix it. The other companies I had called or emailed didn't respond. MacDow Mechanical responded right away. They are professional, prompt, courteous and their price is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the efficiency and quality of service with our heat pump installation. The technicians were polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The price was very fair and comparable. We had several quotes before having the pump installed and we're extremely happy with the choice we made with MacDow. Highly recommend them!

On the eve of record cold weather we had a total failure if our heat pumps - a tech at Breathe Clean recommended MacDow Mechanical to sort out the problem - we were lucky to get them and they came right over on 24-hours notice. Inside 90 minutes, a complete diagnosis and install of a faulty breaker and we were up and running just in time before the -25 hit. Awesome service, great response and advice. Will never go anywhere else for our system’s needs - thanks Mark and team!

Had an appointment scheduled, they came about 5 hours late. Didn't bother letting me know that they couldn't get the part needed. Finally called back after over a week was told they were still looking called back again after several days, they were still looking. I finally found the part in stock but was told again they couldn't get part. So 85 $ for nothing given I already knew what the issue was.

I recently called MacDow for diagnostic of heat pump problem. They are very easy to reach, and provided very fast service (2 days after my call). The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, I got the bill today and the price is very fair. I am very satisfied with their service, highly recommend!

They are very professional , came by and sold me the correct size I needed and I am very thankful.5 yrs later it’s running great no problems and saves me oil bills. The AC in the summer fantastic and cheap. I run it all summer for a few bucks. It’s strange that people want AC in there cars but hesitate to get one for there house. I couldn’t come home to a house without AC. I have a wood stove and oil furnace also but I think price wise the heat pump wins Just my opinion and yes these guys at Macdow’s know there refrigeration thank you
