Outdoor Garden Centre at The Home Depot

This is my favorite home depot location great customer service. Free parking

The garden centre at this Home Depot is small but packed with seasonal items. If you want nice plants go early in the season as they tend to wrap things up early. Lots of bagged soil, fertilizer and they carry the mulch into the fall season. Parking at this location is awful on the ground level, where all the contractors are loading up their vehicles. Choose a level two or three parking and use the elevator for a care-free experience.

extremely terrible communications service, takes 25 mins for someone to pick up then wastes my time for another 30 claiming they have something in the store which is the only reason why i called and they didnt have the product

Great garden Centre in the east end of downtown Toronto. Huge selection of plants,shrubs,trees etc. as.well as products to grow and maintain your garden .

I had to leave the store is really dusty, I was choking on the dust, everything in the store is covered in a layer of dust.

Emptied out of most seasonal goods. Just soil and landscaping supplies remain. Some holiday plants and seasonal stuff

There's a nice selection of plants here - lots of annual, some perennials and some tropical houseplants. There are also gardening tools and supplies from planters to fertilizers to bamboo stakes and so on. You should be able to find what you need in the garden center or in the indoor area closest to the garden center.

Had nothing I was looking for. And had to have a staff let me in at 7pm when it should close till 9

They have everything you need for a home or apartment. Lots of staff to help you out. Very busy considering the location. From Home Depot you ca walk through and get to the mall.

Great store with plenty of stock compared to other locations but lacking the support from knowledgeable professionals.The staff tend to be younger in a lot of departments at this location. It seems like it's their first job for a lot of them and a bit of a revolving door with hires from what i've seen when coming in quite a bit plus oveheard from the staff themselves. They're friendly but if you're looking for proper feedback on some of the products or improvements you might be doing I wouldn't expect too much. I have decent knowledge but I'm far from a home improvement professional. I've asked for assistance with a couple of power tools/accessories on 2 separate occasions and 1 person was within their first week and the other it was their first day, neither of them had any clue about any of the basic questions I was asking and I definitely had more knowledge than them. Nothing against any of the staff I've dealt with there but it seems like some much needed training needs to be done or perhaps shift them to other departments and bring in people who understand what they're selling.With that being said, other departments such as tiles and doors have excellent staff available to assist and seem to have much more experience.
