Got as gift from a friends in US.Great presentation .Lot of fancy boxes with 2 truffles,another fancy one with 2 truffles.another fancy box with 5 caramel chocolates .Fancy bag of Moose dropping with 16 chocolate covered almonds.Jaffa cakes 4.8 oz, 11 cookies @1.47 at Freshco,Fancy box with 2oz coffee,15 bite size maple syrup cookies.12 pieces of fudge about 3/4 by 1/2" about 15 Pretzels.

I am abroad and sending a gift bundle to my girlfriend in Winnipeg was super easy with their service. I recommend them! If anything could be improved I would say it would be the particular gift basket I went with didn't have a description of what it contained on their website. Nevertheless it turned out great.

I received an email that the basket we ordered was unable to be delivered because they could not get in touch with the recipient. I responded to the initial email, and then replied a few days later to provide an alternate contact number. I called back the following week and was told they had been emailing me almost every day as they still were not able to get in touch with the recipient. I explained that I received their first email and had even responded.I then called back a few hours later to see if they had got in touch with the recipient and asked how we would get a copy of our receipt. Once again, I was told that all these emails are being sent to me. I asked if there was another way they could send me the receipt, and instead of offering an alternative they said they would email it again.I ended up contacting my tech support to see if these emails were being blocked, which ended up being the cause of the issue. However there was only one email from July 16th, even though I was initially told they had been emailing me everyday?All I was looking to get out of these phone calls was to confirm delivery and find out how to get a receipt. Instead, I was met with someone who was very short with me on the phone, over something I had no control over. If they had been trying to email me for a week, I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have tried calling me? The lack of try is very disappointing. As someone who works in customer service, I can't imagine talking to one of our clients that way.

Quick reply via email to help with a few questions, easy online ordering and the cookie bouquet was gorgeous & delivered promptly on the day. Recommend 10 out of 10 and especially if ordering from overseas :-)

I ordered a fruit basket for a close friend and their grieving family, as I am currently living across the country and can't bring anything over in-person. I placed an order on the website one week ago. 2 days later I received an email saying that they were out of stock of the fruit basket, and they asked if they could send something else. I responded to the email and got no reply back. I waited a few days, emailed again, and still have received no response. I paid over $80 a week ago for this to be delivered promptly, and my friend still has not received a delivery. I have received no communication from them. Wondering if this company is a scam, very disappointed.
