This was the first time I was assisted by Johnny, and I was delighted by how pleasant and thorough he was in explaining the various insurance options to choose from.He patiently helped me find clarity on which policy was right for me. He was very present and his pace was lovely. I admired his ability to humbly check in to ensure his own accuracy was on point. And as we live in a small town, and the interactions with the people who take care of us are what make it so great to live here. I'm so happy he is part of the community as my new insurance advisor. I had the pleasure of dealing with John and Nicole at Westland Insurance in Tofino. After purchasing a new vehicle, I wanted to see if there would be any financial benefit to cancelling my current policy and purchasing new insurance, as opposed to transferring. Even though this required plenty of time and calculations, they were both patient and understanding with my request. I left with insurance on my new vehicle and confidence in knowing that all options were considered, and that I received the best price and service available. Thanks team!

I gad a Chilean drivers license and I wanted to validate my experience to obtain the Canadian drivers licence. I went to the Ukee office and Cole Saunderson and Toni Branscombe were very helpful and attentive with my enquiries. They set me up to do my written test and gave me all the information and assistance I need to schedule my road test. Thank you so much.

The only icbc il go to. Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, which i find is rarely the case with insurance companies. Big shoutout to leeanne who always seems to be the one helping me. Very good at her job and always lovely to deal with. Thanks for making insurance suck less!
