This Company lost $30.0000 a year in paint sales from a company I work for. because the owner is arrogant and not professional.He Screwed my order up Which I specifically had written down... And then blames me and says it's my fault and keeps my money.....Class acts here.... STAY AWAY or could happen to you...

Staff is VERY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Have down everything from colour matching, house painting, cabinet finishes to my boat. All great experiences!!

Dealt with this company with a phone order. So far it has been over a month and still have not received the parts that were ordered. Granted, the parts had to be ordered from the supplier, but it took them over a week just to place the order. Once the order came in it took them 3-4 days to ship them out. When we asked for them to ship via Purolator they didn't and shipped via Canada Post, during the strike. Still waiting for the parts. Had dealt with them once before and had the same issues. Not impressed with this customer service at all!

I was very happy with my experience shopping with Labar, they had plenty of variety for me to chose from. Shannon was friendly and beyond helpful helping me find the exact colours I was thinking of and the type of paint I would need. Highly recommend.

I love working with this business. Lately every business has had to overcome the complications or operating while in lockdown. Not every business does it with the ease Labar Sales has. Always polite and helpful when placing phone orders, always quick and efficient service. Added to that the professional advice I’ve gotten from their experienced professional rep Jan, has always been extremely helpful. I deal with a lot of different distributors and I recognize great customer service when I see it!

Fast, kind and most importantly, very professional and knowledgeable.Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my paint, flooring and even had caulk paint that’s used in the local sports fields! My wife and I went here on a recommendation. We needed to stain a live-edge project we had made to match the decor of a bathroom. Specifically, a darkly stained cabinet. We had tried a few options previously to no avail. The staff at Lebar took the time to work with us and were able to recommend a product. It worked out beautifully, despite the fact that we were staining pine which can be tricky. Also, part of the project was made from hemlock which is not commonly used. It ended up looking better than the pine. We are quite pleased with the results and will return to Lebar again. Thanks folks!

I chose this store because it sold a line of paint that is not sold in most stores. They are located 1 hour from my location and upon opening the first can of paint, once home, I found that it had never been mixed. The medium including some of the pigment were heavily stuck to the bottom of the can. Of the 6 cans of paint (costing me almost $600, 3 of the tins had not been mixed. Speaking with the customer service was a series of nightmares, each person giving me a different story. Because the stir sticks I used now had large globs of mixture and pigment on them, I wanted 3 new cans of paint. Although they did pick up the unmixed cans, they could not deliver back to me because of staffing issues. In the end, despite several differing phone calls, I had to make the 1 hour trip back again to their store, only to find the original 3 cans of paint that they had only re-mixed despite my repeated requests for 3 new cans due to the missing pigment that had been left on the stir sticks. While I was in the store picking up, I listened to a phone conversation going on in the store from another unhappy customer who had obviously not received what he had paid for.The staff are not helpful, the service is not good, even to the point that they told me afterwards that I should have brought back the paint swatch or one of the empty cans, so they could match it. If they had even just put a dab of the colour on the tins as most paint stores do, they would have seen immediately that they had not mixed the paint. As the customer, this was not my responsibility that they didn't seem to be able to mix colours from a code.

This business refers people looking for custom jobs to Home Depot. They seemed disinterested in working with the customer and more engaged in conversations between employees.
