AMAZING! I had a wonderful time, and my hair is so sleek I feel like a celebrity. I felt listened to and they explained things if I had questions. Kika is obviously very skilled, doing a great job but not taking forever. I am SO happy with my smooth relaxed hair and blunt lob. Finally, got the haircut I’ve been asking for for years, that other salons did not quite get. Kika gets it!!! I will be back for sure, and with my family. Oh, and it was super affordable to boot. Like, where has Kika been all my life??

One of my best haircut experiences, walked in looking for a haircut, I wanted to try a new style, and she took a look a went away at it, looks great! Even tho my hair usually stands up while short, it was managed perfectly! Will go again! I wish I asked names, it was mentioned once but I forget... it's the OttawaU student, the daughter of the owner, great personality and fun to talk with. If someone knows her name let me know for next time.

unprofessional service bad attitude towards customers,i had worst experience for keratin treatment spent above $200 but not worth it,will never recommend anyone to visit there

i went there and told them I wanted light brown hair & just to cut off a bit, she ended up cutting off half of my hair and now I have super short hair because of her and my hairs basically black. Absolutely horrible experience would never go there again

I went there for colour fix and she did very well. Except she cut my hair too short and made rude comments. Then I decided to try again just for a wash and style. She ended up cutting my hair without me asking or running it by me first. When I had asked about it she made rude comments saying she had to. I paid 50 dollars for just a wash, style and a cut I had not asked for. Will never go again.

Walked in to The magic of kika asked if accepting new clients, was greeted with warm welcome. Made appointment for the following day. My appointment was amazing!! Went for Balayage and it exceeded my own expectations. There was music playing, laughter, happy atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming and make you feel like your at home. If your looking for exceptional service, a warm, positive and welcoming atomosphere, with stylists that take pride in their work, this is the place to go.
