Went to 3 different jewellers before Highglow was able to fix my mother's wedding jewellery. We were told it was not repairable however they did a fantastic job and we are so so pleased! We had wonderful customer service and were given honest and accurate info about cost and outcomes. I also bought a new ring and it was sized on the spot! They have a huge and unique selection of gold items and watches.

I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring the owner was very helpful and reasonably priced he was able to give me what I wanted within my price range and there were so many settings to choose from as well as the option for customization. I did go back another time to purchase a necklace set and was greeted with the same service. They definitely go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

When I first walked into Highglow Jewellers I was completely shocked and mesmerized by all the gold glittering and sparkling all around me. I had never really heard much about 22 karat gold jewelry before and I definitely had never seen it before either!The owner was so kind and friendly and made me feel so welcome. He was unbelievably patient with me and he actually took the time to answer all of my questions.I have been shopping at Highglow ever since. The owners remember me personally every time I walk in. They honestly care about me being happy with my purchases and I always leave their store happier than when I arrived. I love how they’ve never pressured me into making a purchase and will spend as much time with me as needed even if there is a gigantic line up out their door.The compliments I receive when wearing the jewellery ive bought from them are endless.I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy unique and beautiful high quality jewelry to go to Highglow Jewellers, you will not be disappointed!!!

Sunil was amazing. He took my wife's design ideas and brought them to life. He helped her visualize what she was thinking by using examples in his store. Once he understood what she was after, he created a very realistic CAD drawing for us to look at. It was fantastic. Further to that, he created a 3D print of the ring so we could touch it's real-life dimensions. That was an amazing service because seeing it for real alerted us to a change we needed to make. Only then did he create the ring. His price was a good value for the unique ring he created and the service he gave us. He was excellent to work with. I recommend him to anyone!

Been here a bunch buying and repairing watches. Never had problem and the owner(s?) are friendly and are easy to engage. Never had a problem getting a question answered in detail. Not just watches but a great selection of gold jewelry. Great people and a great shop. I will be going back in the future and if you haven't been then you should visit!

Came to repair my glasses and not only was the service friendly but it was half the price of the glasses repair store. They did a great job!
