This is the most honest company I have ever worked with. I used this company back in April when my furnace wasn't working. I had other companies try to exploit me. Lying to my face telling me that the furnace was out of warranty and then a very high pressure sales pitch for a new furnace. I was quoted $6000 for a new furnace. I called Baker for a quote to replace the furnace because they came recommended by a friend. Kevin Baker came to do the quote. He informed me I did not need a new furnace. The heat exchanger was still covered under warranty and the could replace. I only need to pay the cost of labor. Travis came to do the replacement. He was service was amazing! Very friendly and answered all the questions I had. In the end I only paid $400.

We had one of our two fireplaces go down this weekend and called Baker on Monday morning. The technician (Travis?) showed up right after lunch as promised. He got us up and running but more importantly, after he was done, the fireplace looks brand new. The unit fires up more quickly and the flames look great.We had asked if he could check out our 20 year old FP and he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it. I swear it has never looks as good.We are so happy with their service we plan on getting them to perform maintenance on both our units at least once every 2 years.

Our furnace stopped working. Their technicians came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had our furnace working within an hour. They did not charge a site visit fee like other companies do. They were honest and said the part was still under the 10 year warranty. The cost for labour was fair and they were friendly. I will call them again to work on our unit.

I had a gas pipe capped because I no longer used the stove. Travis gave me the option to remove the pipe multiple times when he capped it and I told him I could live with it. My son on the other hand could not. So, I called again to book a removal and Travis came again. He is a very professional technician and a really nice guy. If I ever need Baker's services again, I would prefer Travis to do it. I have every confidence in his work.

Quick, professional service and not overpriced! They do great work!

I contacted Baker Heating following a recommendation from a friend. I was having issues with our Venmar Air exchanger that wasn't working. I was advised by the service person that the motor was defective and needed replacement. The complete Venmar is worth $1,400. brand new and I was quoted $780 + taxes to replace the motor.I was obviously disappointed with the price and opted to do the repair myself. I obtained a new Venmar motor assembly locally for $248 taxes included and it took me 15 minutes to remove and reinstall the new unit ( 2 bolts, 1 spring and 1 wire quick connect ).I am scoring them 1 star because they are using a part supplier that is exploiting them because I would hate to think that they are the ones exploiting us.

Their very reliable and always attentive including giving good advice for my requirements.

Really good technicians. They really know their stuff, are polite and will talk you through what the problems are and what the future holds for your equipment. Travis worked on my AC unit a very quickly found the problem.

I could sum up yesterday's replacement experience with Baker Heating and Air Conditioning when they replaced my old furnace, air conditioner and water tank. 1. Prompt, 2. Polite, 3. Efficient, 4. Thorough, 5. Competitively priced, 6. Knowledgeable, 7. Communicative...and best of all they took the time to make my Golden Retriever feel at home while they worked quietly in the basement.Love these guys!!!No less than five stars to Kevin and the entire staff on the road and back in the shop.

Worst experience with a company! Service was appalling. Had 4 Nat Gas heaters installed in our rental units, gave a deposit, and when it came time to install the heaters nearly 2 months later- Baker claimed they were back ordered! Had to wait nearly a month for the last heater. Each unit got Violations from Union Gas with installation issues. They installed different thermostats than what was quoted, and then to make matters worst, they send inaccurate invoicing BEFORE the work was completed! The customer service is terrible, they all have an attitude like we should be grateful for them, there is no accountability. I do not recommend them. Too many headaches for such a large purchase!
