Bi-Énergie system installed in June by Benoit and another technician. Very professional, the two technicians did a great job. Benoit explained how to set the system. Thanks to both technicians and also Stefan I had met initially. Today Thierry arrived after my urgent call following Hydro-Quebec‘a technician’s Installation of the new meter. All was finally ok and as he left he told me to mention something he noticed on my furnace to the maintenance technician coming tomorrow. Now that was rapid and excellent service. Thank you équipe G Chartrand.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They saw how our old unit installation proves to be an issue on the AC performance and made recommendations to solve it instead of replacing it. We highly recommend that company.

My warning to you... Be careful when dealing with this company if you're not super knowledgeable about A/C. Make sure to get at least 1 other dionostic assassment if your A/C fails. My 20 year old system stopped working called Chartrand. They were quick to respond however, they were even quicker to assess the problem. The technician informed me that my A/C system was finished and because it was old (used R22 Freeon) in the attic and a bunch of other bogus excuses they couldn't fix it and it was going to cost me ..... you ready for this?... $18,000 to replace it.After I was resuscitated, the technician made the invoice (contract) at my request because I need A/C to survive and their reputation seemed ok..I couldn't sleep that night.. next morning I asked for help from a friend who suggested get another opinion "A new technician came from a company my friend had previously dealt with.Well.... within 30 minutes that new technician pinpointed the problem.... a burnt fan motor.That same day that new technician got a replacement motor and installed it in the attic even the tempature in the attic was extremely hot.30 minutes after the new fan (costing $500) was replaced.... everything was working perfectly.Parts and his labor came to $900.00..... a far cry from Chartrand's outrageous quote of $18

Excellent contractor. Through and able to diagnose the problem with my heating issue. Would not install a new furnace for my second level as they were convinced it would make the problem worse! Instead proposed a solution to the problem that cost far less than a new furnace. I have since had my main floor gas furnace changed as well as gas water heater changed by Gary Chartrand. Excellently executed, clean work.

We have used Gary Chartrand twice for our heating and ac needs.They installed a thermalpump in our first home and helped us maintain it. In our new home they installed a bi energy heat pump and furnace.They are professional and clean installers.Their work was even complimented by another company who came to run the propane lines for the new system.The pandemic has really made things difficult for them in terms of staff but a little patience goes a long way.We would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Truly a great company highly recommended, they installed a new Thermo pump at my home, fantastic crew of workers, polite, prompt, and communicated very well with us. Took great care of the interior and exterior of our home to leave it as they arrived.

Thierry came the next day during a heatwave when all other shops were overloaded and prioritizing their customers on plan. Amazing service, super reliable. I thought I had another issue which turned out to be my fault, he passed by on that same afternoon nonetheless. Highly recommended!!!
