I will retain his number for future appliance repair needs.Details:Element on 18 month old GE Cafe electric stove stopped working.Called 4 repair companies for quotes, based on proximity and Google ratings.Selected Fuad due to his responsiveness, transparency, and price quoted. Price paid was price quoted, no surprises.

Fuad is a class act. He did his best to get my older LG fridge working again, but in the end it wouldn't take. And although he came twice to try and solve the problem, when it became apparent that it wasn't worth spending anymore time on it, he graciously refunded me a good portion of what I paid him. He clearly knows his stuff and and he's a gent. Thanks for giving it your all, Fuad. You're first on my list.

I highly recommend Appliance Aid. Our washing machine broke down on a Saturday and he was willing to come the same day to diagnose the issue. He was prompt, thorough and explained the issue. Our washing machine is very old so finding parts was going to be hard but he was able to come up with an alternate solution to solve the issue. Will definitely go back to Appliance Aid with any other appliance issues.
