Hector and Aiden did a wonderful job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. Hector showed before and after pictures. They also cleaned an area rug and our entryways. We appreciate all that they did. Thank you!

We had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned by Rasmussen. The scheduling process was quick and easy as was the carpet cleaning. Hector and John were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. They explained all of the options for the carpet cleaning but we did not feel pressured to do anything more than we wanted. Our carpets look and smell great! Also, they took the time to give us an estimate on duct cleaning but, again they did not push it. Will definitely be using Rasmussen again!

We had Tenille (sp) and an assistant come out and clean our carpet, it looks great! They were professional, friendly and quick. It was a great experience, a great value, and we will definitely use Rasmussen again!

Hector and Justin were just great. Explained the process and got the whole thing done with care. We just moved in to our first home and did not have everything in place yet, but they took good care of ensuring that there were no damages and did their work like thorough professionals. We did the full entire list and are very happy. We have a 25 year old furnace and it needed cleaning and a tune up badly. Great Job!

Update: Rick, the owner, sent another crew out the week following this initial cleaning to inspect everything and determine whether the cleaning had been done properly. This crew found many issues with the initial cleaning and decided that the whole system needed to be re-cleaned, but they did not have time in their schedule that day to re-clean everything. We called to schedule another appointment the following week for a crew to come out and re-clean everything and were assured that the crew that did the initial cleaning would not be sent out again as we did not trust that the cleaning would get done properly if they returned. That day arrived and it turned out that Rasmussen Cleaning Service had sent out the same crew that did our initial cleaning. I immediately called and rescheduled that cleaning and reiterated that I did not want the crew that did our initial cleaning. We had to wait another week for a different crew to be sent out to our home to do the re-cleaning of the system. Rick came with this crew to ensure that everything would be done properly. However, when the crew left, we noticed that the furnace chimney had been missed in the cleaning so we had to call and have part of the cleaning crew come back and finish the job. Overall, everyone we met at Rasmussen Cleaning Service was very kind and we did end up getting the full cleaning that we paid for. However, it took many follow up phone calls and several weeks after our initial cleaning for the job to be completed. If you decide to hire Rasmussen Cleaning Service, I advise you to double check the work that the technicians do in your home before they leave your home so that you do not have to go through this lengthy process like we did.Original: We had two technicians from Rasmussen Cleaning Service out to our home today to have our air ducts cleaned. Though they had an air duct special" going on the cost for the air duct cleaning itself was still approximately what I had been quoted by other companies. The technicians did a good job cleaning the air ducts and showed us before and after pictures which was appreciated.When the technicians first arrived they wrote up a quote for us including some additional recommended services including cleaning the blower motor

Thank you Byron! We’ve used Rasmussen two other times for carpet cleaning with positive experiences. Today we hired them for carpet plus cleaning our large sectional couch. Huge praise and props to Byron who did all the work himself. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve never seen our couch look so good since we bought it - like the cushions were all reshaped! I also appreciated how he set up the cushions to dry quickly. He talked about liking working for a family owned business and how Rasmussen does a better job. We were incredibly impressed. We will be asking for Byron again!

Absolutely impressed Absolutely impressed! I loved the job you guys done on our carpets!The prices are unbeatable!! You can’t get quality work done for these prices anywhere else! They show that they care from the very first interaction. Setting up an appointment was so easy and they helped me decide on what I needed/wanted. The day of went super smooth. I was at work so they called me prior to entering my home how I had instructed them and called when finished as well. They did a great job! Rick answered my call during the holiday. He was kind and helped me over the phone and then came out to my house to double check. I’m so impressed with his caring about me and my situation. I highly recommend this company. I had my dryer vent cleaned earlier and was very happy with that as well. They did a great job !
