After wasting a lot of time trying to find a place in Leduc to refill a 20 lbs tank, which was next to impossible, I ended up at Tempheat. Awesome service, easy to find and great price.

Not sure I've ever had better customer service. I'm in Red Deer and I broke a part on a (great) old BBQ I was refurbishing and, after hitting dead ends every where for a replacement part, was put on to Temp Heat. After multiple phone calls, sending pics, and finally sending the old parts to them, they built me the piece I needed. Charged me $6.29 (plus the shipping, of course). Amazing people, amazing service. Thank you, so much!

Excellent service and the price is excellent, the guy i dealt with was very helpful, i exchanged an old 20 lb propane tank for a recertified one, and he filled it for me. Thank you temp. Heat you were awesome.

Great service. Called in advance to check the hours and price. When I showed I was surprised that they could get the recertification done right there as I paid and waited 15min extra to be certified and filled.

Super friendly and even though I was just buying a bbq tank, I was treated quickly and the tank was ready and waiting by my car by the time I was done paying. Great job!!!

I had a full 30 lb tank that wouldn't release propane as the safety valve was stuck closed. A call over the phone helped me troubleshoot the tank and fix it myself using the tools I had on hand. Super helpful as we were camping with an 11 month old when it quit and didn't have heat otherwise. I'll definitely be taking my tanks here to recertify due to their customer service!

This is the second time I have dealt with Tempheat on 58 Ave. They recertified my two 30lb RV tanks and filled them. Excellent and quick service. Will be back for all my Propane and Propane accessories.

I dropped in for a 20lb tank recertictifon. Graham said it would be about an hour. I mentioned that I was from way out of town so he did it on the spot. That's customer service.Highly recommend this establishment!

I had TempHeat recertify and fill our forklift tanks. They were quick about it which made all the difference to the flow of our shop. Had some questions about o-rings and seals afterwards and between Melanie's great customer service on the desk and Lou's prompt delivery I had the parts I needed within an hour of making a phone call. Small company, with big customer focus. Exactly as it should be. Support local!
