This vet clinic is simply lovely. The staff are so friendly and the doctors are top-notch. I never felt rushed or as though they didn't have time to answer my questions. The vet even took the time to give me some advice on training and behaviour. All of the staff were so gentle and kind to my puppy and they seem to genuinely love animals - they're not treated as just another client". My puppy healed incredibly fast from his neutering as I believe they were really gentle with him during the procedure. I don't ever feel "gouged" here and would recommend this clinic to everyone. During COVID they were careful to have great policies in place that were both convenient and safe without disruption to what they offered or increased wait times."

Office/hospital is clean! Staff is wonderful! Not only where they pleasant to me, my dog had zero issue going in or being seen or having his feet touched then nails trimed which is awesome, normally its a huge issue. My long-time Vet in Vancouver retired last year and my dog has decided he doesn't like the Vet who have replaced him which is sad, but while at my parents we needed a Vet and well Yup he was like okay i like it here so i gues my little old man made his doctor decision lol an expensive one because now i have a ferry to add on but he is worth it!

I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again and again, Cobble Hill Animal Hospital provides THE BEST care for our cats. We have had the privilege of having Dr. Keery as our amazing vet for all 5 of our cats over the years, and we have also been fortunate to be seen by the wonderful Dr. White and Dr. Tam at times as well. There are no words to describe just how special Dr. Keery is. He has the most positive, respectful, calm, caring presence and is so good with our cats. Dr. Keery and the rest of the team are truly the most thoughtful, professional, caring, skilled group. Everyone is so generous with their time to really thoroughly support our cats and answer all the questions we have. We never feel rushed, they make us feel like no question is a silly question, and we know that our cats are receiving the best care. We completely trust this team and feel so grateful to them. They are always showing up so beautifully, never missing a beat, even through the pandemic, upholding excellent health and safety protocols and offering so much care and kindness, it is truly amazing. Oh my goodness and the vet technicians are the most friendly, compassionate, patient, caring rockstars. Also, this clinic is very welcoming and safe for 2SLGBTQ+ folks :) We love you Cobble Hill Animal Hospital! Thank you for all that you do!

In short, this is an amazing veterinary clinic. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Been to other veterinary clinics and this one impresses me and my family every time. Every veterinarian here knows what they're doing, and care about their patients and everyone involved. All of the front staff is friendly, informative, quick, and incredibly helpful. Honestly, I like going here more than going to any human clinic I've been to! I've never even had to wait longer than 5 minutes for appointments! This is a very clean and organized space.In long; my family's dog loves going here. He just went through a major surgery and not only was his recovery quick, easy to care for and seemingly not painful, but he LOVES going back to the clinic! Because of that, I strongly believe that the surgeries were very non-traumatic and the experience was comfortable for him. It's obvious to me that our pets are loved and taken care of.I get very paranoid/anxious about my pet's conditions and the staff here always make me feel better, and they are empathetic to my experience. It's hard to express how much I appreciate the effort they've put into explaining what's going on and what to expect. In the past, I had a phobia of needles and eye gore, but since my cat developed diabetes and my dog had his eye removed, I have gotten over those fears, hugely in thanks to the staff at the Cobble Hill Animal Hospital and their ability to help their human clients.

I have to take my dog for regular vet visits for her horrendous allergies and they always treat her so wonderfully and are exceptionally helpful and very reasonably priced. They have done wonderful work with my dog who is very people shy and terribly attached to me. I have had other vets who were much less compassionate and did not treat myself or my dog the best and I won't go anywhere else again. Dr. Ian and Dr. Lisa have been splendid and are always friendly and professional and very gentle with my dog Ori. Definately worth the drive from Parksville. Highly recommend ♥️

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been too. All their staff are fantastic, the vets are amazing, knowledgeable, straight forward, kind and a lovely care aids for my fur baby.
