Rapid City Memorials

Notified them over a month ago that we wanted the head stone installed prior to my mother’s funeral. A month goes by and no headstone. I called and got a returned call. Was told they won’t be installing the headstone prior to the funeral because they were very busy. I asked why when I gave them over a month notice. I was told that the installers were taking a very long weekend and they were very busy.They have had my parents money for the headstone for years. Terrible service. Go somewhere else if you want service. They obviously don’t need any more business. They are too busy!!!!!!!
