This father-daughter plumbing team are absolutely top-notch. They scheduled us in within a day or two of calling them and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable and fair price. They completed all our plumbing needs within a couple of hours at our home (i.e., hooking up our dishwasher, connecting a waterline to our fridge, plumbing the kitchen sink as well as our en-suite), making our home renovation complete.Knowing how professional this company is, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're knowledgeable, efficient, personable and highly cost-effective!

My home inspection suggested my furnace & humidifier needed a clean. Dean was recommended and he came quickly. During the recap, there was no mention the humidifier which I questioned and showed him the plug to it. He insisted I didn't have one, said he didn't know what that was for. Turns out it's behind the furnace and admittedly, a little snug to get to but definitely there. I followed the line from the furnace and saw it. Not sure how a licensed professional couldn't figure that out. Best guess is laziness. I definitely didn't feel there was value and felt this was very unprofessional.

They arrived on time and had three sinks hooked up in under a hour they also went under our house and found the water pressure value and adjusted for us which was not part of the job. Very professional and friendly and excellent quality of work. I would definitely recommend them.And the price was more than reasonable for what they did.

Dean & Claire have been doing regular preventive maintenance on our 25 year old Lennox furnace for several years now. Other plumbing and heating outfits in the past have told us that our furnace needed replacing for various reasons when in fact it is still in good condition. They are punctual, honest as the day is long and fairly priced. They are without a doubt, #1 in West Kelowna. In these unprecedented times of over-promising and under-delivering contractors, Dean & Claire keep shining through!!!

I called Dean on Wednesday afternoon to ask if they could come and take a look at an apparent leak under my kitchen sink. He said he could come Thursday at 11:00 which was a shock too me as everybody is really busy. I figured the next week would be the best I could do. He and his daughter (licensed plumber also) showed up at 10:50 and in moments found the problem and they went to work. In 15 minutes, they had removed the faucet, replaced the guts and reassembled it all. Amazing. Friendly, professional and the bill was painless. I highly recommend this incredible duo. Thanks to Dean and Claire.

We used Dean to install a hot water on demand system. We have since discovered the system is elligible for a Fortis rebate. However, by the time we received the documentation from Dean to apply, we had missed the six month window Fortis allows for an application. We have since installed a furnace/air conditioning system using Border Mechanical and within a few days received an email from Border providing us with all the necessary documentation to apply for the rebate. Use Border, they are waaay more professional and organized.
