The laser removal is so effective and worthwhile! She is quick and professional with it, I am SO happy with the results after just two sessions! It's been a week since my last shave and I barely feel anything on my legs.

I had an appointment at 2 pm, arrived 10 minutes earlier and the spa was closed with a note: back at 9 30. I called the phone number, left a message. Waited until 5 past 2 pm when a woman arrived. I asked what was happening? She was rather rude, said she was only 5 minutes late. She apologised because she was at the post office, which is around the corner, to send a package. She had to wait in line for a long time. Then she left to park her car which was parked illegally.When she came back I showed her the sign and she said the woman before her made a mistake, they are short of staff etc. I was not impressed so she commented that I was not from Nelson, this is why I complained.I left.

Just arrived at the spa for a surprise pedicure for my 40th birthday. We were meant to have a group service and we’re told we would have the spa and could bring drinks and food. We called on the way to confirm our appointment only to find out we did not have one. We arrived at the spa and were told that we were contacted to cancel. We were not. They did not verbally cancel with anyone in our party. The girl at the desk was left unaware of the booking as well. The booking had been made two months ahead. It was an extremely disappointing customer service experience.

I got laser done for the first time here and Jaylene, I believe her name was, was so courteous and personable. I was quite nervous about the treatment and she made me feel very comfortable and assured. Just an excellent experience!

I agree with Joanne Jordan. Diane is amazing and did a great job with improving my face. She is professional, kind, caring and good at what she does ❤ You can tell she is not there to mislead or get you to spend more money then you have to. She also does every job throughly and goes beyond for her customers compared to another lady I have seen there not going to name names to bring people down.. but she did not do near of a good job as Diane and didn't do the job as throughly which disappointed me... but I would say that is more of a personal matter to name names. Such a shame that a lady felt the need to let everyone know on the reviews her personal name instead of just dealing with it in a more personal matter with the boss at Skin Bliss or named anonymously.. like the lady said herself all experiences are different and who is to say there isn't another side to it... it is not just one sided.

I am writing to say that I strongly disagree with the review written by Dylan Guerin! I’ve had MANY treatments for several years by Diane the laser technician and can only speak very highly about her. My experiences with her have always been gratifying, and I believe money well spent. I’ve never found her to be anything but respectful, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I look forward to many more years of experiencing her expertise!

This spa sets the standard for medi-spas, especially in a small town like Nelson. They have all the cutting edge treatments and I'm very satisfied from following their advice and using their quality skin products that are effective and also affordable. I've seen a notable improvement with how my skin looks and feels. Always looking forward to visiting on my trips to Nelson, and seeing Rebecca and Khate again.
