Dr. John Lee
Very compassionate and caring doctor. I've been seeing him for years and he always tries to find ways to help you. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family physician. He's the best.

His been my doctor for over five years now. Even though they move clinic I still go with him cause of his compassion with his patient and the staff is not bad at all, they will still try to accommodate you even with busy schedule. A worth family doctor clinic to see with.

I never had any problem with Dr Lee.He made me feel at ease every time I visited him. He cared beyond doctor patient relationship. He always shows care whenever he diagnosed me. I would recommend him for family doctor on any family.

The worst doctor in Toronto! An OPIATE giver for no good reason!!The family has been pleading with this horror of a man for over four years to stop prescribing unnecessary opiates to an addict, and he refuses stop.A good doctor would have noticed his patient shriveling from a healthy man into skin and bones.John Lee doesn’t meet the definition of a compassionate and caring professional. He’s ignoring his Hippocratic Oath to treat the ill to the best of his ability; unless prescribing opiates to an addict is what he thinks is best for his patients. He deserves to loose his license!

Dr.Lee is always super chill and great to visit. I enjoy coming every time and he has a kind secretary who is always warm and cheerful. Just be sure to call ahead of time to make an appointment since he gets pretty booked. I wouldn’t call it a walk in clinic. They have a small pharmacy inside as well. Parking is okay as long as you are mindful of oncoming traffic on the side.

beyond horrible service from reception and doctor. Seems like doctor is eager to spend minimal time to maximize his own profit. I do not have medical degree, but i am pretty sure doctor cannot diagnose a patient within 5 min. 5 minute is not even enough to explain why patient is there for. Felt like doctor does not give a **** about patients' pain or concern. He only cares about his next patients while dealing with current patients. They always book patients by giving 5-10 minutes gap so patients really need to speak fast to explain why they are here, where the pain exists, what kind of symptoms they have, what medicine they had, and so on in 5-10 min because doctor is preparing to meet next patients because they are always fully booked every 5 to 10 minutes and he cannot spend more than certain time per patient. Good luck to anyone visiting this place dealing with reception and doctor. I, patient, gave up on this doctor and currently searching for new family doctor.

I told them I was very sick and was not able to sleep all day and need to see Dr urgently.. and the receptionist told me “not today! Maybe tomorrow,”.With out asking me how sick or bad I am, and if I am going to be okay with seeing doctor on next day. This is not the first time being very mad at the receptionist.. she is very unprofessional and rude. She will show No Mercy, Respect, and kindness.Very uneducated receptionist I ever seen in my whole entire life.I am very glad to have new family doctor and new awesome receptionist!

I’v got the new female GP as my family physician and she is fine, but the Asian reception lady is pretty vile. She’ll make you sign a paper demanding not to visit any walk-in clinics. You absolutely should not sign anything. She’s not in a position to make that kinda of demand from anyone. I’m honestly not really sure why she has a job there. She also tried to push me get my future prescriptions from their pharmacy. Like no thank you!

My experience here was very good. Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, its very new and clean on the inside. The receptionist I dealt with was so kind- both over the phone and in person.

I don't know why people gave the clinic and staffs such bad reviews ...I see Dr. Lee only a few times a year for what I really need for so my experience might be different but his practice is good and reasonable. Dr. Lee is actually sympathetic and caring !!! Knowledgeable not only for 18+ but also kids too . I take my 3 yr old son to him even tho my son got a pediatric doctor. Dr.lee clinic staffs and dr lee , all have their own scope of practice... asking or arguing with the doctor or the receptionist , won't make them go beyond their scope of practice. It's canada and family medicine .... sad to say but some patients need to drop expectations from Canadian health care system / family medicine.4 stars not 5...cuz I liked the old location better !!!
