ADA Kitchen

After visiting a few cabinet stores and finally settling down on ADA for its selection, experience, and customer service. Anita is very knowledgeable and helped us through out the whole process, which went smoothly even with covid lockdown interruptions. Our new two tone kitchen cabinets look great. Installation by ADA was amazing as well.ADA has their own in house cabinet workshop sourcing Canadian wood for their cabinets. Very competitive pricing for custom made cabinets. I highly recommend anyone to work with ADA. I would totally go back if I need any other cabinets.

Short version:- If you want a basic kitchen without any real design, poor customer service, questionable trustworthiness, and an okay price, go with Ada Kitchen.- If you are someone who wants to spend a little more time designing the kitchen and making sure you are making the right decisions, please go elsewhere. These things are too expensive to not get right. There are many other options in Markham/Richmond Hill that are affordable but give you great service. Feel free to check my other reviews to see what company I ended up using and LOVING.Long version:I already put my deposit down for my kitchen and other cabinetry, but there were a few final details to work out. Even after the install, I needed another hole drilled in my countertop for a faucet, you sent your installer right away. That is excellent customer service!I highly recommended Ruby and the ADA team for high quality kitchen cabinets!

We started our kitchen project with Anna at Ada kitchen in late April. She was very friendly, professional and great to work with. Within 2 weeks we were ready to order. It took only 4 weeks of waiting and our kitchen was ready for install. It took only 1 day for 3 of their installers to complete the install. They worked very well and paid attention to details. The countertops were a small wait as we wanted a specific stone but again it was worth the wait and the installers were great. We can't thank Ada kitchens enough for making this process very easy for us.

If you want good products for a great price please do business with Jenny from ADA kitchens. They were professional,courtesious, on time, reliable, and offered very reasonably prices. Great experience with them overall. Definitely would return!

Our experience with Ada Kitchen was horrible. One of the biggest mistakes of our renovation process.We hired them to put porcelain slabs on our fireplace. During the installation, instead of cutting the porcelain slabs to the right size, they decided to cut into our wall to make it fit. In doing so, THEY CUT OUR FIREPLACE LINE, which was installed right behind the drywall. When the HVAC/electrician came to investigate, they said if we didn't catch it, it could have burned our house down. It already melted down the electric panel connected to the fireplace. Ada Kitchen basically ruined a $10K fireplace.Ada Kitchen refused to fully compensate us for their mistake and only offered us very little money back. We told them we didn't want the money, we wanted them to fix the fireplace, BUT THEY REFUSED!! When we asked to speak to their boss, Jing told us he wasn't there (however, we overheard one of the other girls in the office say he was there). He couldn't even step up and face us. Pathetic.This is not a company that stands behind their product/services. This is not a trustworthy company. Do not waste your time and go elsewhere. You will thank me later.

Had a custom bathroom vanity designed and made and while the end product was fine, the process it took to get there was long and stressful - for a single bathroom vanity. The first meeting was optimistic, I thought it was a good price and the sales was thorough. To process my order, they required all details from the start including colour and hardware selection and deposit which I provided all of in-person. After about two weeks, which was the estimated time of completion, I followed up on the status as my contractor was close to vanity-install ready. I found out that they didn't process my order yet! Over the next week, there was a lot of back-and-forth about details that we had already gone over and the sales I was initially working with was sick" so I was dealing with someone new. There was a whole thing about handles (which they had recommended) being out-of-stock and the new option actually didn't fit the width of the drawers which they designed. So I went in-person to confirm new handles against the vanity itself; "sick" sales was actually working (I guess she just didn't want to deal with me?) and they made the cabinet out of a cheaper material than what I had ordered (particle board vs. plywood). It took about another week to complete the correct order (still with follow-ups required and non-communication on their part). Another thing that made me and my contractor raise our eyebrows was the fact the plywood top of the vanity did not have a pre-cutout for the sink

I love the experience there. Jing was super nice and patient with ally my questions. This was first time I did my kitchen renovation. But I was in a good hand.The installers were very professional and clean.I am so happy with my new kitchen!!!

Very impressed. Jin did an excellent job. Thanks to Evan as well. Kitchen and home office, both came out great. And the soft closing cabinet hinges was a nice added touch we hadn't even requested.
