I biked 5km to go there to change my back rubber and hose. When I arrived, they were very courteous, and respecting distancing measures. They worked professionally, quickly, and efficiently. They were able to replace the rubber and tube within 20 min, and the quality is excellent. They even adjusted the pressure in the front tire, without having to be asked. Thank you for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

Bought a bike today and the service was great! The gentleman was very knowledgeable and when we told him about your budget he didn’t try to sell us a more expensive bike.

Amazing service and kindness by one of the owners. I was out on a ride and caught a flat. Nasty piece of steel pierced through the tire.I happened to have my flat close to Bicyclettes Montreal-Nord. The shop had been closed for the last three hours, but this worker and his wife were present, unloading new bikes that arrived.He saw my flat, gave me a pump, saw that the tire was down bad, and offered to have the tube changed. No questions asked. I was able to continue my ride 5 minutes later.Though a small gesture, it went a long way. This saved me 2+ hours of walking back to my home.I highly recommend this shop for its humanism and professionalism.

After a terrible experience trying to get my bike fixed at nearby Cycles & Sports Patrick" I came to the family owned "Bicyclettes Montréal-Nord" where in 15 minutes they fixed the same problem with my rear wheel that patrick couldn't figure out in two hours. I have been back several times and am always 100% happy when I leave. Most times repairs are made on the spot while I wait. They have a very experienced and courteous staff and huge selection of parts and bikes

Not only did they save my butt by fixing my flat a few minutes before closing time, the guy there took the time to explain to me why I was getting so many flats on my rear wheel and fixed that as well as recommend what to do to prevent the same thing on my front wheel! Great place!

Called them last minute for a bike repair. It was my son's birthday, we got him a new bike. I was trying to install the training wheels and I screwed up the chain and I was unable to install them. They took care of everything in a record time and we were able to give my son his bike for his birthday. Amazing service. Will always come back here for my own tune up.

Highly recommend Bicyclettes Montreal-Nord. Had my bike tuned up there this year for the first time. These guys really know what they're doing. They don't try to sell you stuff. They take care of your bike like pros. Fast service. Good quality components. My bike looks and runs brand new. I'm very impressed. Won't take my bike anywhere else now. Great high end bikes in stock too if you're looking. Cervelo, Pinarello, Willier etc.
