Skip this Canada Post and drive the extra 5 minutes to the next one. Unless all you’re doing is mailing a letter then these people are incompetent and don’t know how to help you. I was declined service because I have two middle names and she told me she couldn’t verify my identity and I had to call the company and sort it out. So I went down the road to a different Canada post in Chilliwack and they were able to help me within 5 minutes. I won’t be returning to this Canada post ever and I strongly recommend skipping it.UPDATE: I gave this location another chance and was that a mistake! She refused to take my package because it had the “wrong” kind of tape! Meanwhile they took it no problem at the shoppers Canada post. This is by far the WORST LOCATION!!!
