Unique Romance & Adventure Travel

We love Carla and Joanna from Unique Romance Travel and Destination Weddings! My new husband and I just got married in Jamaica at Sandals South Coast and everything went perfectly! We had 70 guests travel to our wedding from all over the country and I am so thankful we had the help of Carla and Joanna! They made planning a breeze! I was able to concentrate on the fun stuff and just enjoying the wedding planning process and they took care of the rest! They were always available to answer the questions of our guests so that I didn’t have to, they handled all the awkward conversations dealing with payment deadlines, and they made sure that everyone had their flights booked! They gave me a spreadsheet with everyone’s length of stay and all their flight info so it was easy for me to be organized! A destination wedding was the best decision we made and we are so thankful we found Unique Romance Tavel to take the stress out of wedding planning! Also, all of our guests had great things to say about them and knew both Carla and Joanna by name! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Thank you so much Unique Romance Tavel! We worked with Alyssa for our Honeymoon to Italy and she was AMAZING! Alyssa was excellent throughout the entire planning phase and was readily available to answer any and all of our questions. Her expertise and experience was evident throughout, and she made many great recommendations! All of the accommodations were easily accessible when we were abroad. Our hotels, trains, car transfers, flights - they were organized well and were wonderful! Alyssa was very helpful once we returned as well. We missed 1 car transfer (to no fault of Alyssa's, a train was delayed), and she quickly helped us get a refund for that service. Highly recommend Alyssa - Thank You!

Alyssa did such a wonderful job on our honeymoon! We contacted her not knowing exactly where we wanted to go and she gave us options before even booking with her!! Once we decided where we wanted to go, she helped us every single step of the way. Alyssa is so kind and she got to know us before she started to plan the trip so that she was able to cater it to our wants/desires. We had no idea what to expect when traveling to Europe and she was seriously so helpful! She booked everything from our flights, hotels, excursions, and rental car. Whenever she thought it would be better for us to book it, she would send us a direct link with instructions. She made everything easy and stress free (which is exactly what I needed)!She was actually on maternity leave whenever we were on our trip, but that didn’t stop her from checking in on us before, during, and after!Alyssa is a true rockstar and I highly recommend her for your travel needs!

Contacted Rosemary super late in the game for help with Spring Break and a Summer trip. Her task was that we wanted to go somewhere for both, but didn't know where. She said no problem, I get it, sent us a few ideas which we loved, then planned two trips for us. The Summer trip took us to Switzerland then Italy and everything was seamless. Flights and private car transfers to/from airports were something we didn't know existed and were such a relief after a long flight or early morning departure. Hotels were fantastic and their locations couldn't be beat for convenience to the towns, activities and transportation. Hiring Rosemary meant we had the peace of mind that if something were to come up along the way, we knew we could count on her and her expertise for help. Super grateful Rosemary answered my email back in January and helped our family make some great memories on two trips this year...now to plan for Winter break!

Patty and Kristen were so beyond helpful in helping me plan my destination wedding. They worked diligently and non stop to ensure everything went smoothly for myself and my guests. Having someone to speak directly with transportation and resorts is a huge weight off your shoulders and relieves a lot of stress. They communicate extremely well and always made us feel heard and important.

Jen Guarino was absolutely amazing! I am so pleased with my vacation! She did exactly what I wanted within my budget. I had an amazing time, and I will use her every time I book a trip! Thank you so much!

Nicole Stephens handled everything and more for our trip. She helped us identify places to go from the planning phase and was always available to answer any questions or make changes when we asked her to do so. She is an experienced traveler herself and helped us tremendously. I would highly recommend Nicole for any travel plans. I will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Excellent service, amazing trip without having to do all of the leg work! Rosemary Wynn is the best at planning trips, with a ton of experience and knowledge! She should be your go-to in planning your trips. She got me a substantial discount on travel insurance, which I ended up having to use and got 1/2 my money back, which I got the full amount required back.

Edit 11-07-2021 We used Carla again for a girls trip to Mexico. We gave her a general area we wanted to visit and that we wanted an adults only resort with really good food. Carla provided us with a few solid options and the place we chose was just what all of us tired moms needed for a little R&R. The whole process was simple and easily scheduled/ setup via email. Carla included private transfer from the airport into our price and would have also taken care of flights had we not wanted to use our miles. We had a fabulous time and thank Unique a Romance for making that happen!01-30-17 We used Carla and Unique Romance when planning our destination wedding to Mexico. From the beginning, Carla worked with us to find the perfect area and resort that met our financial needs but still would give a good group rate and have beautiful weddings. Working with Carla was a breeze, she was always quick to respond and would let us know in advance if she would be out of town/when she wouldn’t be available. We met with Carla in person once but the rest was over phone or email which worked well with our schedule. Carla helped to secure the best group rate and extra benefits for the wedding and took care of us and our 60 guests making sure all their deposits/room contract/and transfers were in and correct. This was a HUGE relief otherwise my husband and I would have had to take over that role and it is something extra you don’t want to do deal with while planning a wedding! She also helped contact the resort with little hiccups that came up along the way with my guests. We couldn’t have been happier with the resort we ended up choosing and had an amazing wedding! I would definitely recommend Carla and Unique Romance for your wedding/honeymoon/or any other vacation.
