Bentley

Purchased Swiss Gear luggage. Took it on one significant trip to Australia and it was good. Then a short trip to Vegas and the handle broke just from pulling it out to roll through the airport. The luggage comes with a 10 year warranty but you have to make the claim at the store you bought it in. We took it back and the person at Bentley in White Oak's accused us of lying, and also said that you weren't supposed to check a carry-on sized piece of luggage, etc. They wouldn't honor the warranty even though it's clearly defective. Stay away from this store.

Trying to purchase a wallet today and I was asked twice in 5 minutes if I needed help and a third time not even 5 minutes later, I was asked if I found everything I was looking for, by the same individual! I went to PURCHASE a wallet not steal one! That is how this experience made me feel. Maybe train your staff to say something like, “If you have any questions, please come find me.” Or “I’ll be over here if you need anything.” I spoke up today and made this individual aware that she had indeed asked me 3 times within 10 minutes if I needed help and that I would proceed to the counter and pay for anything I was thinking of purchasing. I will not return to this location.

I went to their store location a few days ago and purchased luggage for my vacation. Let me tell you the customer service was AMAZING! They greeted me when i walked in so i didn't feel ignored. The manager told me about the current promotion and gave me a mini presentation on their different types of luggage. She made sure i left 100% satisfied with my purchase. I can't recommend this location more!

Avery nice place, i worked there for 6 years, the store manager (Rana) is a very sweet and kind person, hard worker, friendly with her staff, never been rude to anyone, i started as part time associate then i became her assistant, i learned so many things from her, she is the best , i had to leave the job for medical reasons but i would love to go back and work there again.

I was in london from out of town. ...I stopped in to pick up a new purse, as I was tired of getting purses from a major retailer that were much less expensive but ALWAYS fell apart in less than 6 months. I asked about a bag I was interested in, and the lady was very helpful...i ended up purchasing it. My home city no longer has a Bentley as far as I know...so I was glad to be able to purchase a quality purse.

I am impressed by the professionalism of the manager ( Rana) of the White Oaks Mall Bentley. She helped me ship a damaged suitcase and made sure to follow up on my case until I received it prior to my journey, when I called the repair shop in Mississauga, I was told it did not arrive when I called her wondering , she did her search and promptly reassured me that my suitcase is on its way to the store. Right on time before my trip. Thanks Rana.

Took damaged suitcase in. Why I had to give up my customer copy" of damage report is beyond me. If they can't find the report
