New Minas Dental Centre

Definitely not going back to this clinic. Very incompetent staff and doctor Bagnel as well.It took me couple of sessions for a filling. First filling then ended up root canal overall cost me almost $1500. Twice needed going back for the adjustment and they did couple of x- rays.

Just finished my Invisalign treatment, it was a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. My appointment times were always on schedule. I can't say enough how pleased I am with Dr.Bagnell & staff, thanks soooo much for my beautiful new smile!

I have one word to describe my experience with The New Minas Dental Centre and it is, “Phenomenal “! We moved to Kentville 9 months ago and hadn’t looked for a new dental clinic yet when I chipped my veneer cap pretty badly on my front tooth, just before Christmas. I googled dental clinics in this area and decided to visit this one. We were weeks away from leaving for Florida for 3 months and the clinic managed to fit me in that day to see Dr Bagnell. He installed a temporary cap while awaiting the permanent veneer to be made. Well, I chipped the temporary cap within 3 days, due to my own stupidity and they quickly fit me in to re-glue the cap until my new veneer arrived the following week. Every single staff member that I interacted with from both receptionists Tina & Diane, to Sonya the dental assistant to Dr Bagnell, was absolutely outstanding. I have moved a lot in my 64 years and been a patient at many, many dental clinics over the years and I have rarely experienced such professionalism, friendliness and kindness. I am so very thankful that I decided upon this clinic and I would highly recommend Dr Bagnell and this office with it’s amazing staff to anyone looking for a new clinic.

Staff is excellent! I have a bad dental phobia, this was my first time seeing a dentist in over a decade and it was a great experience. I had a cavity filled by Dr. Lahiji and she and her assistant were very kind and professional during the procedure, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. Will definitely be back!

Best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Everyone that works there knows what they’re doing and the building is super nicely decorated. Can’t wait to go get my teeth cleaned and see my favourite hygienist again!

This dental office if fairly new to me. I moved back home to NS last Christmas from Ontario. From the first call to my most recent visit they have all made me feel like I have been going there for years. They are professional and down to earth. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

Always a great experience! I always leave feeling like I was taken care of, and like all my questions were answered. The staff are sweet and easy to talk to and always make me feel at ease.

Very nice practise however I need regular hygiene appointments & I have had 2 appointments cancelled & my husband 1 this year

My first visit here and it truly was a good one. Right from the start I was welcomed and made comfortable. My hygienist was Tonya and she truly was a gem. Helpful and caring describes her well. They were all professional and my visit was on time and efficient. The new technology they have is amazing and they are very informative about how one can improve their smile. I had an amazing first visit at New Minas Dental. I had Tanya as my hygienist, she was very thrall and I left feeling like I had a million dollar smile. Everyone including reception is very welcoming and cerate a wonderful positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!
