Mercedes-Benz Trois-Rivières

Mauvaise expérience concernant un véhicule d’occasion. Je demande au vendeur si la voiture a le système Carplay et il me confirme que oui la veille. Venant de Montréal je fais donc le déplacement le lendemain matin. Finalement, à mon arrivée, il m’annonce avec un grand sourire que la voiture n’en est pas équipée !Cela m’a donc coûté ma matinée, le prix d’une voiture de location et un aller retour…pour rienSans vraiment s’excuser en plus

Je n'ai que de bons commentaires à l'endroit de ce concessionnaire. D'abord, le personnel est très hospitalier, courtois et professionnel. La salle de montre est irréprochable et contient un très bon inventaire des produits Mercedes. Le services à la clientèle est excellent. Ma vendeuse à répondu à toutes mes questions et s'est occupée de moi avant et après la transaction. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation. Si vous cherchez une expérience hors du commun, c'est l'endroit!

Myself and my wife did a cross country move from Ontario to pei and were driving there .When we were in trois rivere we had an issue with abs on our ml550.Due to the closing of our house it was imperative that we had the car looked at .If you have a Benz you know service appointments can be booked far in advance we went In to Mercedes’ Benz trois rivieres to see if the could look at the car as it was critical we get to pei on time .We dealt with Richard who greeted us with smiles and compassion for our situation,took our car in right away and had them look at it .The tech yannick was amazing he explained what was wrong and had to be repaired .But the parts needed to be ordered in and would take 2-3 days which we did not have .Yannick came up with a solution and we were on our way .I just want to say that this dealership is amazing probably the best in Canada .Great service ,great atmosphere,amazing people we want to say thank you for everything you did for us .Armando and Tammy Rodrigues

In Oct 2021, I bought Mercedes SLC form Mercedes Trois-Rivières & upon possession of the car, there were visible scratches in the front bumper side of the driver. They agreed to fix it however all they did was wax the car and I still have scratches. Also discovers a hole under the car same side of the scratches.Mercedes Trois-Rivières refuses to professionally repair the bumper to get rid of the scratches and repair the hole under.Very bad dealership, I hope the owner knows this is not how you treat your clients!!!!!
