I showed at 4:55 at this location and the lady is about to lock the door as i’m entering.She says it 5I politely say no, it isn’t. I showed my watch and she looks at hersShe locks the door.As I’m writing this review more people show up and she refuses to open the door.It wasn’t 5 yet.I used to work at pizza hut, we closed the doors right at closing time not before it.

I have mortgage with Scotiabank . This branch is where I pay. I requested to change my payments from monthly to bi-weekly and they confirmed. After two months nothing changed so I have to spend my time and go there again.

Ready to wait for at least 30 min to finish simple transaction at the counter. Few are super slow and taking lot of time. Hope they improve services at this branch as facing this problem from last few months and see no improvement

I was there a few days ago to use the ATM machine to get cash for the first time in 10 years or so. The instruction on the ATM was a bit confusing, so I needed to try again and again for Fast Cash stuff. Eventually, I was able to get $80, but it took me 15 minutes...

Impossible to reach anyone in the physical location.They took 5 days to have my funds in my account from a trust transfer.I required to get the branch manager involved and her service was absolutely brutal. She should definitely not be a manager.Scotibank, you should re consider your manager selection.

I don’t understand how incompetent tellers are at this branch to cash a post dated check for dec 2023 !!The teller needs to be fired and same goes for the receptionist of the apartment building for depositing the check.

I don’t think I have ever been in this branch and not seen an upset customer.They are the most incompetent Scotiabank branch I have ever been to.If you live in Plateau, please do yourself a favour and bank with literally any other bank in the area.

Unprofessional staff.Chew gums while talking to customer. Cut up my old card and threw it away without asking me. Refuse to give it back and multiple staffs repeatedly tell me the obvious: once you cancel the card
