Gabytech repaired my laptop, my phone, my ipad, etc... They always found out what the problems were and then fixed them, letting me know what was going on. They let you know what your options are so you make the best decision.They are honest, work well and the location of the store is very convenient for me.Thanks Gabytech!

Took my 1 Terabyte G Drive External hard drive here to replace the port, whoever was in the store at the time took my hard drive and my phone number and told me they would get back to me in a couple of days, as the actual repairman was not in the store at the time. Never heard back from them and I was out of the country so I sent my friend to pick it up. They told him they couldn't do anything with it. Get it back and it's completely taken apart and wrapped up with tape. No big deal, that's ok, as long as nothing else is wrong. Take it to another shop and find out the drive itself is fine, but there is no longer any data on it. So in the end, not only did Gabytech never contact me, they also deleted around 200-300 gigs worth of data. Very un- professional and disappointing. Do not recommend.

If this is going to be a UPS package pick up point, it needs to be open during their already limited business hours.

I went to gabytech for an ac issue on my laptop and the owner directly told me oh we're gonna replace the keyboard" with a weird smile and was cutting me when trying to explain what was going wrong with my computer. It seemed really sketchy as if he was just using that as an excuse to replace everything. Told me they'd call next day to give me a diagno and never did so i called them 3 times without answer. Then i went back and one of the employees that seemed more honest told me they had a lot of work and were kind of dealing with old people first. I took my laptop back and will bring it to my guy even if it's a bit far. Clearly not a good experience for me."

I am very happy to write a positive review for Gabytech.I had an excellent experience at their shop.Gaby is very calm, thorough and extremally knowledgeable.Keep the good work.

Very disappointing experience. Dropped off my laptop last week. Owner said he would call me that night, quoted me an estimate. Two days later I called back. He said the issue was taking longer than usual to fix. Fair enough. He told me he would call back in two days. 5 days later I call and he says he's busy and will call me back. Three hours later I call back and berates me for being impatient. I try to explain that I am patient but he is not giving me any information. He talks over me, tells me to come grab my laptop if I can't be patient, so I do. He doesn't talk to me or explain anything just says 'come back in a half hour and you can take your computer' .Let's see how that goes...

These people are THEIVES! They’re low lives who try to scam people. They will try to hold your stuff hostage and then charge you for it. Laptop was there for over a month and they didnt remember anything about it when I would call or go in for updates and seemed completely uninterested in helping me fix it while still stringing me along. He ended up “losing” my laptop charger and said he would call when he found it.. as usual..he never called. I tried to take all my stuff back from him and he tried to charge me. For what? For losing my stuff? Not remembering what’s wrong with it every time I call? They literally tried to charge me just for holding my laptop hostage. Insane. Also the evil man working yelled at me (a young girl alone) and DARED me to call the police on him as if he was already ready for that. Avoid gabby tech at all costs

Amazing technical support. They are truthful in their advice and super helpful. I have dealt with them several times and they always find a way to make things work.Plus Gaby is a true KING

I used Gabytech as a place to hold a FedEx delivery and to drop off a return via UPS. They were very efficient and the guy behind the counter spoke both languages and was perfectly pleasant.

I have never met a technicien as patient as Gaby!Fast and efficient. I was ready to pay more for the repair service shoud Gaby asked me too.....Very good prices. Will defenitly go back.
