Sage Creek Dental Centre

Dr. Rosenberg a truly amazing and caring dentist to all of her patients, after having a terrible experience at past dentist offices as a kid I am now so thank-full to have found such a great dentist. Nothing but good things to say about this dentist office and her amazing staff! I recommande everyone to go to the sage creek dental centre.

Up until recently I’ve never had an issue with this office. Dr .R is a great dentist and my kids really liked her.My daughter needed emergency work done last week as she was in a lot of pain. They could not take her in until the next day so I took her elsewhere to get it looked at and she ended up getting a temporary filling in her baby tooth which led to an infection and her face was completely swollen, she’s had a fever and was still in pain. I called Sage Creek Dental to look at her and they wouldn’t so we took her to Urgent care. Long story short, we tried calling from our cell phones to book an appointment for her to get checked out this week and were immediately hung up on. I called and left messages from our landline, sent 2 emails and no one has bothered to call me back. They obviously do not care about their patients and we are taking our business elsewhere.

Dr. Rosenberg is a fantastic dentist. Every time she does any work on our teeth, it is pain free. She is really meticulous in her work. You never have to wait, she is always on time. Everybody in the office has a big smile. You hear often people laughing. The ambiance is exceptional.

I wish there is a zero or no star. The worst of all dentists/orthodontists/periodontists/etc. Their reception staff don't answer the phone, and don't check the message. They don't do the insurance submission right. I had to call my insurance company and they confirmed to me that the coverage is all OK and they don't see the submission. Safe your sanity and go to any other available dentist. They will drive you crazy!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would have as this was an extremely negative experience. My wife had utilized this practice for some of her own dental concerns and she was happy with the dentist but not the office or reception and we reside just down the street in Sage Creek.I recently had an emergency and chipped a tooth which I needed repaired in a hurry as I was leaving town on business for a few weeks. I left a very detailed voicemail explaining everything and they didn't even contact me back to follow up.The message was left over three weeks ago... The other experience I also had speaking to the receptionist was very unprofessional and awkward, I found her to be ignorant and arrogant.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting prompt service or customer service. If you hope to be treated professionally this is not the place you want to come.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist when I go there. Dr Rosenberg is so good, thorough and very funny. We laugh and laugh. the atmosphere there is always jovial. I would highly recommend Dr Rosenberg!

I noticed the clinic was able to have my previous review from five years ago down so I decided to put it back up. Went for cleaning had very sensitive teeth asked to be frozen. They did not freeze Adequately ended up getting out of the chair and leaving. I find it quite interesting that they were able to take the original review down, but here it is again

Never again. Didn't even make it to the actual appointment. I was chastised the minute I walked in for wearin shoes (?). Then chastised because I didn't confirm my appointment. I booked it, I showed up 10 minutes early with all the correct papers and ID, but apparently I'm bad because I never called back a second time to remind them I was coming. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and decided to leave without getting anything done.

The person who treated me was Kelsey. She is wonderful and really gracious. She made me feel at ease throughout the procedure and made sure I was well. Everyone in this place is incredibly friendly. I enjoyed my trip. I unequivocally advise using this for dental care.

I had the pleasure of working at Sage Creek Dental Centre from November 2019 til March 2020 when Covid-19 took a hit. Unfortunately our time was cut short due to the pandemic.The clinic itself is up to date and modern, and overall created a relaxing environment for the patients. Working for Dr. Rosenberg was a delight, and she was always in a positive and upbeat mood. She is very knowledgable and provides great care. The staff at Sage Creek Dental were also fun to work with, and everyone did their part to make sure the clinic is well maintained!
