Isaac and Jacob the techs were knowledgeable and skilled. I’ve been using Degree for residential and business HVAC for the past 10 years and highly recommend them. I would have celebrated their work with some chilled Alpines, they were that good - but they were too busy and focussed on the task at hand.

Big shout out to Degree Technology. HVAC system wasn't working and they assessed it quickly and ordered replacement motor. Their technician Dwayne, a very friendly, knowledgeable man completed the repair very efficiently. Excellent company, they also service our heat pump. Highly recommend them.

The ENTIRE Degree Residential Team is amazing. Communications were always prompt, respectful and clear. When it came to installation time, all of the technicians were friendly and efficient. They worked swiftly and were always happy to chat when I popped down to see the process. 1000% recommend.

My go-to team for my HVAC needs, they came to install my ecobee thermostat and common-maker device and offer a quote for a mini split. While present, noticed something broken on the furnace and they had the part to fix it. No major increase. Thanks!!

I had a heat pump relocated. Not a small job inside and outside. Jacob and Tyler did a great job. They arrived at the time expected and worked tirelessly all day. They were pleasant, hardworking and respectful to me and my property. They worked continuously despite rain. Checked everything thoroughly before they left the job site.I am impressed with Degree staff. They have a real sense of team. Jacob and Tyler as well as Jon and Dexter are so conscientious and concerned about delivering a good fast and efficient service. Degree Residential Inc installed HVACs with all necessary ductwork in the basement and attic of our two storey house. This proved to be a major and complex project which we initially dreaded but it ended up to be a pleasant experience for us.We very much enjoyed working with Dexter on this project who went over and beyond in assisting us in our decision process and answering all of our questions before, during and after the work was completed. He is very knowledgeable, patient and ensured that everything was seamless. He was always available providing quick responses, patient and thorough in his explanations on how the system works. Dexter is a very pleasant person to deal with notwithstanding the complexity of the installation.I would also like to specifically mention Isaac and Pat who are very knowledgeable and efficient in their work.Dwayne and Josh did an amazing job with the installation of the ductwork. Even though we obtained several quotes from local heat pump installers, we chose Degree Residential because we know from experience that their customer service is excellent and we were confident that they would do a good job. They did not disappoint! Dexter came up with some great ideas for the placement of our heat pumps and the technicians (Isaac and the two Jacob’s) who arrived the day of installation did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied with the final product. It’s so important to go with a company you trust. While heat pumps are under warranty (which can easily be up to ten years), these are the people you will be dealing with for service calls. Look further than the dollar figure on quotes. Ask around and check reviews in reputable websites to find out what others are saying about the reliability and the customer service of any companies you may be considering. A big thanks to everyone at Degree Residential for ensuring that everything went smoothly and for making us feel like valued customers.
