These people are scammers!Two times they have done the same to me.I ordered a specific product online because the store in town never had it, and to get the free shipping I added other products that I don’t really need (still cheaper than paying for shipping).Then they sent 1/2 of the order without even letting you know they don’t have the only product you wanted and for what you placed the order.Customer service is the worst. They said they have nothing to do since they already shipped some products.Before scamming people let them know what it’s available first to see if customers want to go ahead with the order or not. Do not send anything without customers consent.

Terrible customer service. The team recommends products, tells you that they can be returned if they don't work, but then will not refund your money. I was told to call their customer support line & they would be able to approve the refund on a product that doesn't work, I waited on hold for almost an hour to find out that they won't do the return. I have been a long time Sally's customer & after this experience, I will never shop there again. So disappointed with the service Sally's provided.

Had a very unpleasant experience here rigjt when i walked in and asked one simple question about where i could find something the lady working came off very rude in her tone of voice and was not kind or of much help at all ..... First and last time I'm ever going there again

This location has improved greatly under the new management. A few years ago the service and stock and overall experience here was sub-par to bad. Now it's really good and they keep much better stock of products. The staff is more helpful and less unnecessarily pushy. I definitely spend more money here now that it's improved which is great for the company. The new manager(s) deserve some recognition for this dramatic change

What a great atmosphere, I usually buy online because of negative experiences at other salon/shops, but I think I will definitely be shopping in store from now on. The person working was extremely helpful and welcoming, I left with a bag full of products for a great price!
