PERMA-DRY® Yarmouth/Tri-County
We contacted this company early February 2022. They instructed us to open the wall and send them photos of the crack which we did in Feb. They said they were very busy but would come at the end of March 2022. It is now May 22, 2022. They have missed all dates they provided to do the work, they take forever to respond to email and they do not answer their phone. We have had a whole in the wall of our finished basement now for 4 months and every time it rains we have to wet/dry vac up water coming in through the crack. Deplorable service!
