ZR Printing team has always come to our aid and accommodated us in meeting cut dates. We have recently participated in a trade show and the popup that we had ordered from an overseas supplier failed to show up in time. Nancy helped us figure out a replacement / solution and came to work while sick to make sure we get a replacement drop printed in time.Thank you for saving the day :)

I’ve been going there for few years now, the services that they provided was indeed great. All the staff are very nice and helpful. ZR PRINTING is the place I always go if I need to print something.

We were excited to find a local print shop, but unfortunately the quality of the product was terrible, and their customer service staff ignored us after we raised a complaint. We ordered 500 copies of a perfect bound catalogue and were told they would be ready by Thursday night. When we arrived on Friday morning to pick them up, we were told that they wouldn't be ready until noon. This was an inconvenience, as we were on our way to a tradeshow that we needed them for. Unfortunately, our issues with ZR Printing and Graphics did not stop there. After arranging to have them picked up by another courier and bring them to the tradeshow, we opened the boxes to find that many of the catalogues were falling apart! They had glue oozing out of the spine, and the interior pages were detaching and falling out of the books.To make matters worse, when we reached out to their customer service employee, Nancy, who we had arranged the print with to show her that their products were falling apart, she ignored our email. Massive disappointment and a huge waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I am a professional musician so I am fussy about my printing needs and generally I need things fast. This place has never failed to completely satisfy my needs and at a very reasonable price. And the very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly lady on the front desk is always pleasant and always looks great. Anyway I highly highly recommend you use them.

They have printed my retractable stand up signage, large posters, postcards.. and I have used them to print my client work. Fair prices, fast service and great quality! I love how they are right around the corner from my home and office!

I came to this printing place a week ago.I was told to email them everything I needed, and they would get back to me.I've been waiting to hear back from this branch, and no1 bothers to call me back. I guess they don't need any more costumers. Never come here if you're in a rush or want to get something done.I needed invoice books, logo printing , and printing services on clothing.It's ok. I'll take my business elsewhere.THANKS FOR NOTHING JUST WASTED A WEEK.

Owner told me to pick up printing at noon. After driving to ZR at noon, the store was empty, and the owner didn't pick up. Stayed there for half an hour, and I never did get a call back.
