Had my new garage door installed last Friday. The installer was fantastic. Could use a little bit more product knowledge. But overall the experience was a five-star experience. I will have a second one installed in about 30 days and write another review. Had a concern late Friday and called the dealer didn’t get a return phone call called them today and the manager made it right truly an American company thank you.

Owner does all the work--he's very competent and when I had a fool up problem that was not his fault, he came back gladly and refused to let me pay him! He doesn't try to upsell you like other outfits I've tried to do.

Once the door arrived, the installer from James Garage Door Repair & Installation was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient, and left the job site spotless. We were amazed that he could remove the 20-year-old, heavy, rotting door panels, and install the new 17' door by himself, but he made it all look easy.
