Great place to shop! Unfortunately it's a little pricey if items are not on sale. Fruits and veggies are usually always fresh and great looking. They have delicious cooked" meals to bring home/work eat right away. Great selection. Just wish they were cheaper so I could shop here more often."

I don't usually buy meat from metro, but there were some good sales today. Very few stores now a days have an actual butcher. The one here took the time to ask exactly what I wanted so he could get me the freshest cut of meat for my needs. I believe I will be shopping here more. The produce is always fresh and is usually what I buy here.

Great selection of food items but I visited here to pick up some gift cards and gift bags. They had a good selection of gift cards but not much for gift bags. But it is a grocery store so I wasn't expecting much. Still a great experience overall.

Ever since I moved back to Canada, Metro has been; one among few others; my favorite place for all of my food shopping. Everything you need is there. I encourage anyone who has not visited yet to give it a try !

Metro is one of the few places that still have Air Miles! Since I go to the gym next door, I use Metro a lot before heading home. They always carry the Silk brand of flavoured coffee creamers in small cartons (pumpkin spice, peppermint mocha and maple, depending on the season!) They also have self-checkout, which I love. The staff are friendly and helpful, and have even brought out fresh produce for me when their shelves are low. Highly recommend!

always clean and good selections. their fruits are horrible tho, they rot with in the day, and if you don't eat them all right away, you will be throwing some out. I think they get 2nds from the main grocery stores.
