Had the most terrible experience here. The pharmacy assistant refused to help despite our plea.We were traveling and had forgotten my child's prescription at home. Luckily, our family doctor had emailed it to us. This person refused to take the emailed prescription. I asked her if there was a place where I could get it printed out, no

regarding the Pharmacy-worse i've ever been to in my life. to start rarely if ever answer the phone. i'll stick to one item as be typing all night. my main problem is the refill process. 1 doctor is out of town. so i called the pharmacy on a wednesday to get a refill faxed. took 3 times to call-but okay. thursday i note that medication no longer in system-i assume it's updating. fine. on friday still not in system so i decide to follow up to ensure refill request was received. 4 calls not one answer and to make it worse the refill appears while i'm on hold for the phone. coincidence or not. no idea. but around an hour on hold for both days is ludicrous. then i notice refill request can't be made til sunday. the day i'm out of medications. so i wait til after midnight to send refill request (1245 am sunday) and hope for the best. meanwhile i'm concerned as their system is like this every month. i have had a previous discussion with a pharmacist. online even says be ready by tuesday 9am. i'm out now. my med not ready til around 6pm. so around 9pm at inconvenience i go get them-snowstorm. i had already missed a dose due to this system. ABSURD. every month the same, i worry, will i get my meds on time? should i ration again? not helping my health and just creating havoc. never know what will happen. the system is a joke-hurts me every time. add pharmacy so slow. i HATE this pharmacy so much that again at inconvenience i'm looking around to change pharmacies even tho this location has great hours and is far closer to me than other locations. Shoppers to me is worsening health/scenarios and should be looked at. doesn't even deserve 1 star. seriously when causing people to miss doses as so slow and ineffective-massive issues here.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, the pharmacists pass the buck. Even if you go in check see what is needed they still mess it up. No accountability from staff on giving incorrect information, just a half hearted apology and a shrug. Save yourself time and aggravation find a different pharmacy.

The shop is new at good location. However, the staff need to improve their services to customers.

Very slow at refilling prescriptions. They will tell you it'll be ready at X time then when you go in, it's not ready for hours. Also, I have received emails and texts indicating my prescription is ready only to find out it is actually not even close to being ready. On the plus side, staff is friendly and the store is always super clean. The pharmacists are spot on with any info they give.

The rude person who called to say that my credit card was declined and my mother's prescriptions would not be delivered should have tried running it again before calling me because there was no problem on my end. When she did that and it worked, no apology was offered.

Amazing and friendly service from the pharmacist who was on March 8th at 7pm Hala. I came home from a trip down south with a bad sun reaction. Not only did the pharmacist know what was wrong but within 15 minutes gave me a prescription for a cream to help with the healing. I am very thankful for the great customer service.

I want to thank all the stuff for keeping the vaccination process very smooth. I went there for my COVID-19 vaccine appointment, I got checked in immediately and waited briefly till the vaccine was prepared and administrated. There is also a spacious waiting area for your post vaccine wait time till your vaccination proof is ready. Thanks a lot for the smooth experience in such tough times and wishes everyone safety!
