Vision Center At Walmart
Best customer service for a vision center I have ever had - hands down. This team went above and beyond regarding my needs, and I know I have been a challenging case (my eyes and brain want two different things, and I am a student with a student budget and minimal vision care coverage) they worked within my budget, and answered all of my questions with kindness and politeness. I have walked in stressed and worried, and left laughing and smiling. i cannot reccomend this vision care center enough! I wont be going anywhere else for my vision needs.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LANGLEY!! Leo has been amazingly helpful, professional and friendly helping me with my optical needs for 2 years. He really should be acknowledged by Management on the great job he does. So helpful!!!

Vision Center At Walmart
Some people saying that service is good here but not for our family. We’re trying to get a pair of glass for my little boy. After we tried 4,5 frames, the lady ask us to put frames in the little box and saying they will clean all frames custom tried. I ask her the notice for that and she can’t answer. Why she didn’t ask us when we tried first frame rather than we tried 5 frames? We told her we’re looking for frames for my kids. Very upset. Very rude.

I got my lenses replaced here and it took 4 trips to Walmart to find out 1 person knew how to replace the lenses in my glasses after finally finding the only person that could change them I had to wait for 2 hours to get them changed
