The bricks started to fall off within the first year 2013). It was difficult to have them return to repair their own work. They eventually did come back only to have at least another 12 bricks come throughout the years. We are paying another contractor to get this repaired in 2018.Edited Oct 2018: after seeing this review the company contacted us and offered to again fix their work. This time they checked all our rock and repaired all that were loose or came off. Since then I have not had any further issues
