Coffee Time

They don’t have espresso. Using capsules is acceptable for gas stations, but it is not okay a coffee shop is using them.

The bakery stuff is STALE, the cookie is hard as a rock, selling yesterday’s stock.The place looks sad and old. They charge transaction fee (+$0.15) for card transactions. Thought I’d support a non-mega corporation but this Coffee Time was horrendous.

Stale samboose, not a real capuchino only hot milk not a foam. not a professional coffee shop, you have to pay tranaction fee. And more restriction. Look at the photos.

Today was a breakfast with family and we enjoyed, very nice people, I will go again

Bought a latte today from this place. The taste did not justify the price. The Latte just tasted like home made instant coffee. It can be improved. The ambience of cafe is really nice though, it’s good place to sit and relax.

Came here during school lunch break with some friends. We aren’t your typical high schoolers at a spot who yell and leave a mess. We were looking for a low-key spot where a few of us could buy food and the others who brought their own could sit. 4 out of the 6 of us buy some food/drink, and for the two of us who didn’t, the owner made sure to personally come over and aggressively scold for eating our own food.The establishment is riddled with anti-loitering signs. Strictly telling you that you can’t sit any longer than 30 minutes at a table, even if you are a paying customer. If you are a cafe, isn’t the point to create a positive atmosphere for people to relax in and socialize in? A 30 minute time limit is ridiculous.Anyway. As I was leaving the store and tucking in a few chairs, (i assume) the owner of the store comes over and tells me to tuck the chairs in. There was not a hint of kindness in his word; you would think he was talking to a dog or something. I then reply that I am doing him a favour already by tucking in the chairs, and his response was lovely! (he cussed me out. lol.)Anyways. All of the five star reviews for this place are very likely fake. You can tell based off of the ratio of 5 star reviews to 1 star reviews. There are essentially no 4, 3, or 2 star reviews, which is incredibly unnatural.Astroturfing aside, I have never once had a negative interaction with a restaurant/cafe until today. I am not one to argue with staff at all. But this owner is genuinely a piece of garbage. Not sure what he’s going through to hate his life so much that he has to take it out on customers, but I digress. I won’t be returning. The coffee isn’t great and the atmosphere is outright aggressive. It’s a dying coffee chain store, devoid of any personality or charm. If you want my recommendations, Covernotes is good if you want artisan coffee that isn’t the fast-food coffee served at McDonalds or Tim Hortons. Hell, even a McDonald’s employee wouldn’t cuss you out over a chair. Either way, this store does nothing good. Spend your lonely somewhere else. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.

Horrible rude people at this location , I'm 65 and after driving an hour wanted to grab a coffee and use their washroom , they could tell I was struggling to hold it and they outright refused me in front of the entire place ,Not kind peopleI sympathize with the teenagers who were treated badly at this place
