I am yet to receive their service. I am booked with them for coming Thursday. But I wanted to leave a 5 stars for the way Muz talked with me. I have been calling a few cleaning services around the town. A lot of companies do not know what customer service is. Before anything they talk about money. Muz stands out as he assured me of the service and how the process works. He assured me of a cleaner apartment before the payment. Isn't that what customer service is, isn't that what providing a quality service mean ? Thank you Muz.

After another company canceled on me, I called Princess Cleaning. Muz (the proprietor) arrived on time with two additional technicians, they completed this job in 90 minutes. I was *astounded* and extremely pleased. They offer very professional services at VERY reasonable prices.I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I think they're the best in London. I will definitely be using them regularly! 5 stars!!
