Have been to a few appointments with Dr. Lloyd and each time was pleasant. The assistant was so polite and accommodating. Dr. Lloyd is professionally and diligently doing his job and always attentive to any concerns. Almost never had to wait after appointment time. I would recommend Dr. Lloyd as an optometrist.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Ho during my eyes check. He is very gentle and patient during the whole process. His assistant (the receptionist), she is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an optometrist.

It was my first visit to Dr Ho after the pandemic. If not because of his reminder, I would have forgotten that eye exam should be done every 2 years. Dr Ho was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in great details . It was a very helpful and pleasant visit. I will definitely refer Dr Ho to my friends !

Dr. Ho has moved to a new location at Richmond Centre. Amazing modern equipment used for a thorough eye exam. Dr. Ho explained all the findings from my exam and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Went to Dr.Lloyd Ho for an eye exam and he was very detailed and explained each procedure so clearly. Everything felt very cleaned as well. The technology they used is one of the most advanced I’ve been to. I appreciate the machine he used to take photo instead of dilating the pupil.Definitely recommend coming here for an eye exam.

We’ve been seeing (ha! seeing!) Dr. Ho for many years. He is professional, experienced, efficient, responsive, welcoming … all the things you could ever want in a doctor. His new office is equipped with amazing technology. We loved that his new cutting-edge camera meant we didn’t need to get drops in our eyes for the exam. That was an unexpected surprise, and we were so happy to leave without dilated pupils like in the past.
