Kitchener Airport Taxi Service

This is my go-to service for airport transport between Kitchener and the Toronto airports. Always easy to book, always on time (actually always early), always nice clean car, and most importantly a reliable and safe ride. 5 stars ⭐️

We booked a taxi through them to go from Waterloo to Toronto and had specifically asked for a spacious car considering it was 3 people and 5 suitcases. They sent us a small car which barely managed to fit all our suitcases and we had to cram at the back because the front seat door was jammed and no one could sit there. The cherry on top was the rude behaviour of the driver, he showed reluctancy in helping us out with the bags and was quite annoyed about it. Moreover even when we called them to report how crammed up it was and how awful our experience was, they were so rude.

Excellent service! I booked the taxi service in the morning for the afternoon trip from Kitchener to Pearson airport. Not only they were able to accommodate me at such a short notice but they were also able to send me a sprinter van for the 12 of us plus luggage. The driver was prompt and drove carefully in the snow. We paid the driver with a credit card and got our receipt. Now we are looking forward to getting picked up on the way back next week.

Terrible customer service! Which is unfortunate, as most of the reviews are quite good. The gentleman (I use that term loosely), was very short with me, and argued with me when I was giving him information. I mentioned multiple times that I was having difficulty hearing him due to his phone cutting out, and after he found out that I was looking for travel to the local airport, he abruptly cut me off and said they only drive to Pearson- and then hung up!NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY TO ACT.As someone who works in the service industry, even when you are busy, or cannot assist someone, you still treat the person on the receiving end with courtesy and respect!I will never use this service, nor will I ever recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended✅. Very Professional from start to finish. The dispatcher took the time to listen to my concerns about my travel plans to leave our house at 4am and provided me the exact fee to go from our home in Waterloo to Billy bishop airport and return. The driver was a retired teacher who drove safely and had a pleasant personality. On the way back, we had a different driver that drove us home. The whole experience was great

We were provided a car seat for our infant and a clean vehicle. Our driver Shawn was a retired teacher who was earlier than expected and patiently waited in the driveway for us until we get organized. He drove carefully and was great. We will be using this taxi service from Kitchener again in the future and will also recommend them to others. Ask for driver Shawn.

Really happy with the service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This was my first time using this taxi service. I had them pick up my daughter from Laurier university and drop her off at Pearson airport. The driver texted us the night before and picked her up at 4am promptly. I also got a text from the driver saying that my daughter was dropped off at the airport. I had already paid for the taxi ride so my daughter did not have to pay. I will be booking this company again when my daughter returns to our home in Kitchener. Great service all around!

I was recommended to Kitchener taxi back in December of 2021. It turned out to be a solid recommendation. I have since used the service for both work and pleasure and have referred them to other co workers. This is our go to taxi service in Kitchener. I know that i can rely on them. I always get my email confirmation for my reservations for both to and from the airports. Last time, we travelled with them in a large suv to take 6 of us to the airport. The vehicle was comfortable and was able to handle all of our luggage. I will continue to do business with them.

I was referred to Kitchener taxi by a colleague at work. We ordered a minivan for our family of four. Not only, the driver showed up few minutes early but he also helped us put the luggage in the car and went above and beyond to help my elderly dad on a folding wheelchair. This was probably the most smooth ride ever to the airport. I wish other taxi services in Kitchener can learn from this company. We were able to pay with a credit card to the driver at the end of our trip, and got our receipt. The vehicle was clean and newer. We will be calling them again when we need an airport transportation next time

We have used this taxi service several times in the past from our home in Elmira to Pearson airport. They are courteous, helpful and kind. For our last taxi ride to the airport, my dad was able to book and pay the ride over the phone for us from Vancouver. The vehicles are clean and drivers drive safely. We have booked with other taxi services near Kitchener but were not impressed. We prefer to go with Kitchener airport taxi service because we know that we can count on them and that's one less thing to worry about when travelling.
