Very unprofessional.1st appointment I received a call the day of asking to come earlier. When I said I couldn’t receptionist said if I come at the time I originally booked everyone has to stay late (making me feel like a burden).2nd appointment: receptionist called me an hour before my appointment saying it was booked for 1:30 (when I knew in fact it was booked an hour later, but I wasn’t too far so I came) and she mentioned someone should have called me the day before to confirm, but no one did.3rd appointment: I decided to call them to confirm my massage and they had no record of me on file. What they did have was something booked with no name and a completely different service.Just save your time/ money and go somewhere else please

I have been going to the clinic for a couple of months now and love the amazing service each time. The professionals are super friendly and do a great job. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physiotherapy or massage services!

Great customer service. Had the chance to get messages from both the therapists. Both of thrm did a great job. They work on your entire body which is great (not just where you have issues)! Well done! They make sure you're comfortable. Highly recommend.
