The staff was super friendly and there was a surprisingly large selection. They have all the trendy books and lots of fiction. The store is actually really big I didn't even get through it all. For anyone wondering, you are able to use indigo gift cards for purchases.

They have a good selection but, they did not have any of the latest Political History or Old West History selections. For that I had to go to the library, to read or Amazon to buy.

I love this store sm- they have so much manga （＾ω＾）I ordered from them online and picked it up in store some demon slayer manga and it looked so fantastic! The staff are always super nice, checking in once awhile to make sure you have everything you wanted to see. The checkout process is easy and quick! Never had a rude cashier in my time here! 10/10 would recommend to any readers!

Staff were very rude. I bought two books that were on a promotional wall display, both books have 2 for $20 stickers on the cover. I noticed when I got my email receipt I was charged full price for the books instead. When I brought my receipt the next afternoon to get the money they overcharged me back I was told one of the books wasn’t a part of the promotion and one of their staff must have mistakenly left it on the display. When I brought another copy of the book from the display to the counter and showed them the sticker was on that copy as well they said they couldn’t do anything unless I came back again with the copies I purchased to prove mine had the sticker. So now I have to take extra time and money to commute back again because they refused to fix their own mistakes. And attitude to boot. Merry Christmas

Nice little store. Not all the volume of the bigger" stores but still a lot of selection. Definitely very friendly and helpful staff that really take the time to talk to you and make suggestions. Love visiting this location."

Good selection for such a small store. Love that the kids section isn't filled with toys. Very friendly and helpful staff. Often prefer this location to the bigger indigo stores!

I found the store a bit too crowded with merch. I had to approach the staff for help even tho I wandered around for 5 minutes desperately trying to find the book I needed myself while the staff member chatted on her phone. Not the attentive Coles I'm used to. Too bad.

You know the end is near when you cant order a book at a book store anymore. Been an indigo shopper for years. Time to switch to amazon. What a dumb business move.The only logical reason for them to not order books anymore is because they don't know when they are shutting down for good. So the end is near.

Not the biggest selection but a good selection of books,easy reads and novels. They also carry plenty of book accessories and assorted items. Overall helpful staff and clean store and good layout.

Bad experience, overall. Poor form on the fallout of the hacking.Corporate bull at its finest. It’s sad that corporate greed and disorganization can sicken the book industry like this.
