Female at counter was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with finding the right cables for my GPU. Memory express and Canada computers brushed me off while the staff here helped me get what I needed! Especially the fact that the cables were specific and they had them!! Great Stuff!

I cannot say enough good things about Ken Gallant at ATIC. He went above and beyond to obtain the component I needed at a fair market value. Although there are many places to buy PC components, ATIC offers personal service and knowledge that is second to none.

Great prices, good selection of products and excellent service. Repairs done quickly and professionally. I've been a customer for almost 20 years, I'll never go anywhere else for my computer needs.

The lady working at the counter today literally could not have been more helpful unless they actually had what I was looking for! She gave me a lot of helpful advice on where else I might look, and was entirely pleasant and courteous. Now I have a benchmark of the price range I'll be looking at, how much it will weigh, and how its speed and capacity will compare with my old one. She even gave me directions to the nearest big box store, where I should be able to physically compare the models we discussed. She did say that they could order in any of the items in question, but because it's a special order I wouldn't be able to return it if I wasn't satisfied. I don't remember the last time I dealt with counter staff who seemed so genuinely concerned with my wants and needs. Unless the big box store is *much* cheaper I will be sorely tempted to come back and make my purchase here once my research is completed, because I strongly value good customer service.

Was looking for a store in the lower mainland to build me a computer. Despite some of the negative reviews Atic looked to be the best.My initial trip to get things started was very pleasant. The wonderful lady there, Yvonne, was extremely knowledgeable and asked me all the right questions to figure out what we were going to build. She figured out the most important parts we needed and contacted me later that day with a build. I quite liked what was chosen and suggested a few additions/changes for some fancy LED lighting. I was also able to purchase a nice monitor while waiting for the computer to be finished. The monitor was a bit cheaper on Amazon but the service was so good I would rather the money go to a local businessThey were very accommodating and friendly. Exceptionally knowledgeable and a good sense of humour.The computer purrs(quietly) like a kitten and I can be any happier.Will be shopping again if I need anything else.

the sales person was very rigid and cold .not good customer service at all .i must talk to the manager and get a hold of the owner to lodge a complaint

I paid them $70 to help fix my brand-new gaming computer that kept restarting. My computer was returned with the exact same problems. When asked for a diagnosis they were super vague as to what was making it restart. Waste of money, go to memory express for cheaper prices. You're basically paying for vague advice.

Always a great place to get your computer parts.I remember them when they were on the other side of the street.
