Terrible service, terrible wait times. Ordered takeout confirmed for pickup at 9:45pm. Arrived at 9:40pm, was told to wait. At 10pm, a worker said it’ll take 10 more minute, waited until 10:15pm to ask if it was ready and all they said was it’s busy. Didn’t end up getting my drinks until 10:30pm. Waited 50 minutes, no apology, staff kept ignoring me.

The drinks are special, in a sense that, they are different from other boba places". I ordered the strawberry green tea slush and it was pretty good. My wife ordered a traditional milk tea with pearls.It wasn't that the drinks lowered my rating for this place but the service was horrific. The two drinks took nearly 20 minutes to make. Ordered a Lychee Oolong Cheese bubble tea but it taste nothing of lychee at all, what a scam, plus 0 customer service, only ordering through phone. Won’t come back again

First time we visited. My son accidentally dropped his brown sugar milk and I asked if we can have another one, the guy in the cashier was going to charge again, in other places that we have had an accident they prepare another one without charge us, it was for a little boy, so disappointed for the guys attitude, not helpful, for sure not coming back.

This is as good as the true flavour / authentic BBT can get in Vancouver.My girlfriend and I came to the restaurant because a friend was praising this brand over all other bbt shop in town. Quoted from him: “most bbt in town are using the 20L container to store the tea they cooked in the morning, and the quality start going bad after the first 2 hours; however, with chase tea, you can actually enjoy the fresh brew tea. yes it does take longer time to wait, but absolutely worth it”So here we are, and just as expectedIt does take nearly 15 mins to get our tea when the restaurant is not busyThe tea IS crazy good and fresh ! I’m pretty confident to say that I’ll start to be a big fan of this place too. Haha, great decor and fantastic tea quality !

Great cafe atmosphere! Ordered their pearl milk tea which is a blend of different teas from their store. My husband got their Peach Oolong Cheese lattea (you have the choice to get either salted cheese or sweet - the salted is more popular). All I have to say is that it satisfied my bubble tea craving! Check this place out if your in Richmond and you want a nice sit down cafe.The owner was so kind to let us try their store made Macha green tea ice cream! Highly recommend! :)

Bubble tea and atmosphere is good, but I bought creme Brule and paid generous tip, and just got cold creme with no burnt sugar.
